Bo Derek Claims No Plastic Surgery
Classic American beauty has recently said that she will not have plastic surgery. However, Make Me Heal suspects the 10 star has already been under the knife.
At 52, Bo Derek still looks surprisingly smooth, and although she still longs for her youthful appearance, Bo says she has no plans to go under the knife.
“When you look at women who have had plastic surgery, they have lost something - usually an expression, something unique to their faces,” the Daily Express quoted her as saying.
“They start to look the same. I’ve always admired the women who didn’t do it, so I have to keep reminding myself I’m one of them and not the other. When I look at some photographs of myself, I think, ‘Oh, I look alright.’ But, in others, I scare myself; I wish I had my old skin,” she added.
In the past, Make Me Heal has suspected that Bo has had some facial fillers to stay youthful (See Make Me Heal’s story on Bo Derek’s plastic surgery), so she may not entirely be telling the whole truth when she says she wouldn’t do anything to regain her youth, as she may have also had a facelift and an eyelift.

Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr Jennifer Walden says, “Based on recent photographs it seems the actress may have had a face lift as well as an eyelid and/or browlift. In addition it is rumored the star had dermal fillers and injectibles applied to her face as well.”
Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a rhinoplasty specialist in Beverly Hills, California says, “Bo Derek is aging beautifully, and it does not appear she has had any major work done. She has some natural lines on her face, and they do not take away from her look. She may have had a bit of Botox but that is about all. She is one who is comfortable in her skin, and it shows.”
Bo looks great and if she came clean about her procedures, could serve as an example to women her age who want to restore their looks with some well-done plastic surgery.

“May have had’ my foot. Her eyebrows are much higher over her eyes than when she was young. Brow forehead lift! Also, her nose should be spreading out with age but instead has miraculously refined and chiseled itself. She looks Botoxed. I cannot stand these women who protest too much, it’s a tip-off that they are lying.
