The male actors at the recent Emmy awards all looked dapper and handsome in their tuxes as they walked the red carpet. For some, the night was a chance to show off their rejuvenated faces with plastic surgery
Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson were both Outstanding Actor nominees for their roles in the True Detective series. Although neither took home the award, they did manage to showcase different ways of dealing with hair loss. Woody Harrelson appears to be taking his hair loss in stride and doing nothing about it. On the other hand, Matthew McConaughey appears to have had hair replacement surgery a few years back to restore his golden locks. For his role in parts of the True Detective series, Matthew also appeared to sport a wig with a ponytail while Woody may have worn a small toupee device to show his hair loss from past to present.
Jim Parsons had a historic win, taking home the award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for his role in “The Big Bang Theory.” It was the actor’s fourth Emmy win, putting him in the same category as Kelsey Grammer and Michael J. Fox. Jim doesn’t look to have had plastic surgery, despite looking younger than his chronological age. Instead, he may rely on cosmetics to occasionally make his cheeks a little more rosy and his lips a little more pronounced.
Bryan Cranston took home the award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his work on the beloved series Breaking Bad. When the former Seinfeld guest star kissed Julia Louis-Dreyfuss, he made one of the top moments of the night. Sporting a neatly trimmed mustache, Bryan looks to be relying on facial hair rather than plastic surgery to change his looks.
Bryan’s co-star Aaron Paul took home the prize for Best supporting Actor in a Drama Series. The friendly actor doesn’t look like he’s been under the knife and he probably doesn’t have any plans to. Aaron has a hairline that looks as though it may be receding, so he may want to try topical formulas or a prescription to help stem any further hair loss or try to regrow his hair. In the meantime, keeping his current super short look seems to be working for him as the actor looks young and fresh sporting the same scruffy facial hair as his Breaking Bad counterpart.
Ty Burrell won the Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for the second time in a row for his role as the goofy dad on the hit sitcom Modern Family. In addition to his role on the show, Ty can frequently be heard doing voiceover work on commercials. It seems that working overtime may be taking a toll on his looks as Ty frequently looks to have under eye circles. Rather than concealing the circles, Ty could use products designed to get rid of the sags and bags under his eyes or even explore the possibility of using fillers or blepharoplasty to eliminate his tired look once and for all.none
