  • Ashley Greene may not sparkle in the limelight as much as some of her Twilight co-stars, but the young actress may have had plastic surgery to help her land the role.

    Ashely Greene, Plastic Surgery

22-year old Ashley Greene has been acting for a few years. But it wasn’t until she joined the hit Twilight movie franchise that her career really took off, with the help of a few tweaks.

Ashley has an unusually shaped nose, which could be the result of a rhinoplasty. Her nose is very narrow and the tip looks a little squished, which can result from a nose job that was not well performed.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrell J Aston says, “From the photographs I can see, it appears that Ms. Greene has had a Rhinoplasty and the tip has been over operated and is asymmetrical.”

Sometimes rhinoplasty procedures are not successful, or need a second operation to correct the first or further refine the shape of the nose.

To correct it, Dr. Aston suggests, “She should be able to get an excellent improvement with a secondary Rhinoplasty performed by with someone who has a great deal of experience with nasal surgery.”

Ashley’s early rhinoplasty is very common in Hollywood, especially as before turning to acting, Ashley wanted to be a model and nose jobs are very common in both fields, which rely on appearance.

Make Me Heal looks forward to seeing Ashley on the big screen in the third installment of the blockbuster Twilight franchise, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, alongside her handsome co-star Rob Pattinson (See Make Me Heal’s story on Rob Pattinson’s plastic surgery).

It’s rude to make accusations without facts. There are pictures from Ashley’s yearbook when she was a freshman and she has the same exact nose. Do your research before making false accusations.

I agree with Sara. That idiot plastic surgeon has only seen pictures of Ashley now. If you and that idiot saw pictures from her yearbook you will see that she has the EXACT SAME NOSE she has now.

Get your facts straight before starting petty rumors which are clearly false.

That’s funny, I was just going to say that there is NO way that that nose is original. No one’s is naturally shaped like that. It is much to small for the rest of her (very pretty) face.

I would like to disagree with Patrice. I have the exact same nose as Ashley, and mine is 100% real. No fake parts here. And yes, it does have the appearance of being a bit small for my face, just as Ashley’s does, but if people can have real noses that are too big for their faces, why can’t they have naturally too small noses too? It doesn’t mean it was plastic surgery.

I definitely don’t think she had a rhinoplasty. That’s the same nose she’s had since high school. I think she may have gotten implants this spring (2010) because of new upper-pole fullness in the breast area. I would guess she took her natural B cups to a C.
