Fans of Curb Your Enthusiasm will recognize Cheryl Hines as Larry David’s much-maligned ex-wife. But this year, when the actress debuted on network TV, Make Me Heal wondered if the actress hadn’t had some plastic surgery to stay looking so young.
43-year old Cheryl Hines recently took a step behind the camera and took a turn at directing with the film Serious Moonlight, written by the late Adrienne Shelly of Waitress acclaim.
At the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of the film, Cheryl Hines defended actresses who go under the knife, saying, “You know what, if it makes you happy, do it. I don’t care. Whatever works.”
The actress spoke in response to a question about plastic surgery that was directed at Meg Ryan, a star in the new film, and a notorious case of plastic surgery gone wrong. (See Make Me Heal’s story on Meg Ryan’s plastic surgery). Cheryl’s positive outlook on plastic surgery led Make Me Heal to wonder whether or not Cheryl’s youthful appearance were enhanced by a skilled surgeon.
The mother of one has a toned physique and a ready smile, the work of cosmetic dentistry.
Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia says, “Cheryl has at least had cosmetic dentistry. She might have a rhinoplasty in the future although she is pretty as it is.”
Cheryl’s sparkling smile and wonderful personality certainly enhance her looks, as does some Botox and perhaps even some eyelid surgery.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrell J. Aston reveals, “Cheryl Hines is a very attractive woman; and I think her personality makes her even more beautiful. She does appear to have had some plastic surgery. In my opinion, she looks like she has had Botox to her forehead. I also think that she might have had a blepharoplasty. Cheryl has no signs of excessive skin around her upper and lower lids nor does she have bags under her eyes. I think she has a great smile too, though that looks natural. At 43, Mrs. Hines looks gorgeous and is an excellent role model for women in their 40’s. I believe doing small procedures in moderation to maintain ones looks is a healthy way to pursue plastic surgery.”
Cheryl may have already gone under the knife to attain her adorable nose, but it could just as easily be the nose she was born with.
Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer tells Make Me Heal, “Cheryl has always struck me as beautiful. I have suspected that she has had her nose done, but I can’t tell for sure. She does have a Botox look, which is not bad.”
Although it looks like her sitcom, In the Motherhood, may not be headed for renewal, Cheryl still has a bright future in Hollywood ahead of her, thanks in part to some plastic surgery.
