  • Courgartown star Courteney Cox recently announced her engagement to younger rockstar Johnny McDaid. Before she gets ready to head down the aisle, fans fear that like other brides to be, Courteney plans to prepare for the big day with more plastic surgery—which they fear will completely ruin her looks.

Courteney Cox is on the brink of turning 50 while her fiancé is 37. Knowing that Courteney is self conscious about her age and always trying to look younger, she may decide to go in for some anti aging plastic surgery, which will be an overload given that she already looks to be overusing fillers and Botox.

“Courteney is looking more and more plastic,” celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the actress, told The National ENQUIRER.

“It appears that she’s had a good amount of Botox injections to smooth her forehead and crow’s feet, as well as injections of filler like Juvederm in her lips and cheeks.

“To me, she looks a tad overdone. I’d recommend that she lay off the injections for a while.

“She’s such a natural beauty that less is more for her in terms of plastic surgery.”

Courteney and Johnny had been dating for eight months before the Snow Patrol band member took the actress to Turks and Caicos to celebrate her 50th birthday on June 15. Shortly after, Courteney announced the couple’s engagement via Twitter.

In an interview last year, Courteney admitted that she feared turning 50, calling it “brutal,” and saying “My biggest fear is that it catches up to you so quickly. It’s almost like you wake up and you’ve changed. You can be rocking along in your life and then it just happens.”

Previously, Courteney has also been open about her fears about growing older, which have only gotten worse since divorcing David Arquette, the father of her daughter, who was also a younger man.

“Courteney is desperately trying to hold back Father Time,” said a close source.

“She’s very conscious of how she looks, especially next to Johnny.”

“Since Johnny came on the scene, Courteney is even more paranoid about looking her age,” a longtime pal told The Enquirer. “She’s constantly searching for the latest treatments to keep looking young.”

“and it’s a shame. In the past, she prided herself on having ‘stealth’ treatments and regular freshen-ups that weren’t obvious.”

“But now Courteney has gotten rid of all the character lines that she had in her 30s. Her skin has been lasered to the point that it doesn’t even look real.”

Courteney is so self conscious about her looks that it is rumored that her love of Botox has caused a rift between her and her celebrity bestie, Jennifer Aniston. Jennifer prefers to age naturally, or next-to-naturally and has called Botox “terrible” in interview, saying that she prefers wrinkles.

Rumor has it that Courteney took Jennifer’s Botox bashing personally, although an insider told the Enquirer, “But knowing Jen and Courteney’s tempestuous history, they’ll kiss and make up eventually.”
