Sir Paul McCartney was recently spotted out and about with a head of hair significantly longer and fuller than he has in the past. Since his days as a Beatle, Sir Paul has battled thinning hair, but it looks like he may have made a recovery with some hair restoration plastic surgery.
68-year old legendary musician Sir Paul McCartney has been rumored to have gone under the knife before, to undergo an upper and lower eyelid surgery procedure known as a blepharoplasty (See Make Me Heal’s story on Paul McCartney’s plastic surgery). The singer has never admitted to having plastic surgery, but after appearing with significantly refreshed eyelids, it seems very likely.
Sir Paul’s luscious locks could be the result of a hair transplant, as it is certainly fuller than ever.
Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, California says, “It is possible Paul McCartney had hair transplant surgery at one point. Overall, his hair appears slightly fuller than it did in earlier photos.”
Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “It appears to me that Paul McCartney’s new shorter hair style has given his hair a much fuller look. He may have implemented the use of some hair growth treatments, but it seems most likely that the new shorter haircut is the real root cause of his fuller head of hair.”
Makemeheal.com looks forward to tracking Sir Paul’s next hairdo, for more definitive results of whether or not he has had a hair transplant.
