Did Plastic Surgery Walk the 2012 Emmys Red Carpet?

The Emmys were last night and other than a wardrobe malfunction, there didn’t seem to be anymore plastic surgery shenanigans than usual.
32-year old Zooey Deschanel is usually a style icon on the red carpet, but her big poofy gown managed to fall flat. The New Girl has been sporting a new look, which has led some fans to think that she’s had some plastic surgery. Zooey is still looking a little different, so maybe a minor nose surgery or a lip augmentation using a filler like Restylane or Juvederm is responsible (See Make Me Heal’s story on Zooey Deschanel’s plastic surgery).
Nominee for outstanding actress in a comedy series Sofia Vergara suffered a wardrobe malfunction when the zipper on her mermaid-esque gown broke, revealing her perfect hiney. Although some stars rely on buttocks augmentation for perfect butt, Sofia’s looks to be the result of hard work, not plastic surgery (See Make Me Heal’s story on Sofia Vergara’s plastic surgery opinion).
Sofia’s costar, Julie Bowen won for the category, showcasing her possibly plastic surgery augmented curves in a lime green gown. Julie may have had some Botox touch ups for the red carpet occasion, but she kept her rumored breast implants under wraps (See Make Me Heal’s story on Julie Bowen’s breast augmentation).
For Latisse spokeswoman Claire Danes, plastic surgery is off the table for the duration of her pregnancy. Instead of Botox and fillers, she relied on a bright yellow gown and her mother-to-be-glow for cosmetic enhancements to win the Emmy for lead actress in a drama series.
No plastic surgery behind the scenes for Matthew Perry, who showed up on the red carpet looking a little older than he did in his Friends days. The star of the new sitcom Go On was sporting a faux tan and looked happy, revealing smile lines but no signs of Botox.

Yes, Brad Pitt has the nose job & is one of the best around. Have left odd shaped nostrils for great effect. But his nose once exposed a lot of nostril & turned up. It’s all nicely filled in at end now. Remember, the best Surgeons are in effect, Sculptors. If in medieval times they would be chipping away at the best of statues. I feel a Rat saying this but my keen eye tells me Daniel Craig has had some ear material removed, at back. Very subtly. You only have to compare the shots of him in Casino Royale running out of the water & now. Extremely clever. Some excess has been removed so to finish closer to his head, but have left the original tops, characteristically turning out. He’s so cute too. An what’s with Rumur Willis? Her chin’s gone! She must be pleased with that.
