Socialite and Royal Wedding Invitee Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has made no secret about her wanting a nose job before the royal wedding. While it doesn’t look like Tara has taken the traditional nose job route, she may have used non-surgical means to get her nose camera-ready before the big day at the end of the month.
39-year-old socialite Tara Palmer-Tomkinson and a long-time friend of Prince Charles has previously expressed disgust over the appearance of her nose, after years of drug use and an incomplete nose job (See Make Me Heal’s story on Tara Palmer-Tomkinson’s Nose Job).
At a recent event, Tara looked to have debuted a new nose, but without invasive plastic surgery. According to the Daily Mail, Tara has had fillers injected into her nose in order to give it a straighter shape and structure.
The Daily Mail reports:
The procedure is understood to have been carried out by Dr Aahmer Khan, a Harley Street specialist who treats a number of celebrities, at his Skin Clinic.
The treatment normally costs between £300 and £700. Miss Palmer-Tomkinson’s procedure is believed to have cost approximately £650.
Talking about the procedures, Dr Khan said, “The use of injectables for nasal contouring has become a very powerful tool in my practice.”
“While the results are temporary, recovery from dermal filler injections is shorter and easier than nasal surgery. Plus, if you are uncertain about how you might look after surgery, this is one easy way to take a test drive.”
“It’s important to remember that injectables can’t fix all nasal issues, so there will always be a need for surgery.”
Makemeheal.com looks forward to seeing whether or not Tara opts to undergo a more permanent nose job solution after the royal wedding on April 29th.
