  • Zac Efron is no longer the Disney dreamboat he once was. Now that he’s all grown up and looking a little different than in his singing and dancing days, some people are wondering if his transformation is just growing pains or the pains of plastic surgery recovery after a possible nose job and chin implant?

24-year old Zac Efron had such a sweet face in the High School Musical series that he could have been cast as either sex. Now that he has matured, so has his body and face, leading many to wonder whether he grew out of his ambiguity on his own or with the help of plastic surgery.

With a newly defined jaw, Zac is stirring up rumors of getting a chin implant. More likely it is the result of losing baby fat, allowing his bone structure to become more visible.

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “Zac Efron definitely appears to have had a nose job in the past; however, I think his chin appears different looking due to losing his adolescent full checks.  As teens grow their faces will thin out and become more defined such as his did.  He looks great.  He has strong and defined facial features that give him a very masculine look.”

In the past, Zac has been rumored to have had a nose job (See Make Me Heal’s story on Zac Efron’s plastic surgery).

Zac’s new look is definitely more mature and Makemeheal.com looks forward to seeing if he is able to transform into more adult film roles as well.
