At 71 years old, Dyan Cannon is still working as one of Hollywood’s sex symbols. And while she looks great, she also looks very done. Make Me Heal explores the laundry list of plastic surgeries Dyan has had to look as young as Hollywood’s new leading ladies.

Dyan Cannon is the obvious victim of trying too hard to look young. She looks as though she has had at least one facelift in the past as well as Botox injections and lip and cheek fillers injections to go along with several other plastic surgery procedures. To keep her body trim and slim, she has likely had some liposuction as well. It seems that only procedure she has avoided is a nose job, which was a wise decision.

Dyan’s skin is faintly freckled, indicating minor sun damage, so it is unlikely that her smooth skin is the result of careful attention and much more likely the result of both invasive and non-invasive cosmetic procedures. The tight and firm appearance of Dyan’s face indicate that she had a facelift some time ago, when the goal was to pull and tighten, not to fill and firm. Although Dyan looks pulled tight, her neck is somewhat aged, but not saggy, another positive indicator of a facelift. Her forehead is nearly wrinkle-free, the positive results of Botox injections used for both horizontal and vertical creases.

Like much of Hollywood, Dyan has gone in for the puffy lips craze as her lips are now plumped with the same fillers that grace the much younger trout pouts of Hollywood. She may use collagen or less long-lasting fillers like Restylane and Juvederm.

Dyan has always had full high cheeks, but at her advanced age, they should have deflated some time ago or begun to sag. They haven’t, indicating the actress uses fillers or implants to keep them up and firm.

Her lack of lines, especially the parentheses around the mouth, indicate she uses a filler like Restylane to keep them from sinking in and making her look over 40.

Adding to the age-denying look are Dyan’s long curly locks, once her signature, now her albatross as long hair tends to begin looking foolish when not well tended in a hairstyle, especially on an older woman.

Overall, the results of Dyan’s myriad surgeries is positive, but Make Me Heal thinks that Dyan would look even better aging somewhat more naturally.
