  • In front of the cameras from an early age, actress Eliza Dushku has grown up so beautifully that Make Me Heal suspects plastic surgery is behind the scenes.

Nearly 28-year old Eliza Dushku was an awkward looking child actress, but she recovered and quickly became every teenage boy’s fantasy when she played bad girl Faith in the Buffy the Vampire television series. Next year marks Eliza’s return to the small screen in a new series called Dollhouse.

Over the years, Eliza’s nose has narrowed and taken on a faintly peculiar shape, indicating a likely rhinoplasty. She may also have cheek implants or facial fillers in that area to make her cheeks stand out. Her plastic surgeries have been quite successful, as Eliza has often been named as one of the world’s sexiest women by men’s magazines Stuff and Maxim.

    Eliza Dushku, Plastic Surgery

According to Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, California tells Make Me Heal, “To me, it seems as if Eliza Dushku has had an obvious over-aggressive rhinoplasty with a pinched tip. From the photos, it looks like her nostrils are collapsing and her tip looks like a ball. These are tell tale signs of a bad rhinoplasty. Her middle part of her nose is also collapsing inward, called an inverted V deformity.”

“It also looks as if Eliza could have been cheek implants, or a filler. They do look good and very natural. In her before photo, she has flat cheeks, but the newer photos show what looks like more prominence and fullness in her entire cheek region.”

Plastic surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden seems to agree with Dr. Nassif’s summation of Eliza procedures, although she likes Eliza’s nose better. Dr Walden says, “Eliza Dushku looks as if she may have undergone a nice conservative rhinoplasty as in more recent photos her nose appears narrower at the base and the bridge, or dorsum, appears to have a bit more height. She may have had malar augmentation either by cheek implants or fillers, or it may just be fluctuations in weight, which as we all know can be reflected in facial volume. Even as a child her bitemporal distance was wide (distance between the two temples in the upper part of the face). As we grow our facial skeleton grows and changes as well, which may contribute some to her changes in facial shape over decades.”

Eliza had plastic surgery relatively young, which means she will likely want to maintain her good looks and continue to have plastic surgery throughout her life. Make Me Heal looks forward to seeing Eliza when her new television series begins next year.

Seriously? It just looks to me like she gained a little bit of weight in 2002. I’m not an expert or anything, but couldn’t “filler in the cheeks” also be fat and not an injection of something chemical? Of course, this theory does not further your agenda of plastic surgery actually working and looking natural, but ya know, I thought I’d play devil’s advocate. Also, I thought someone should tell the Emperor he’s got no clothes on. I’ve seen this debate on the web for a couple of years now, and I know I’m probably not the first person who has said this very thing, but I felt needed to lend another voice of reason because it seems so laughable to me that this is still going on. Why not put up a picture of her now (in 2008) and comment on how she’s actually lost weight and looks like she did in 2001? But then I guess that would further the argument for her having surgery to keep looking so young, even though she’s still only in her 20′s.

you know, she just looks like she is smiling a little wider in the second pic which causes the cheeks to plump a little more and her dimples to deepen. i see no difference in her nose. you people are cracked. if she HAS had surgery it was before the first pic not between the two.

First of all I hate the fact that you come on here and lie about people. You don’t know if she had plastic surgery.Eliza said that she would not have plastic surgery done, also her looks could have changed from her weight losses and gains.Where is the proof from the doctor who supposedly did her nose job?

What I found interesting was the fact that you stated her as having had plastic surgery. Stated it as though it were a proven fact. Since all you have is opinions and no substantial evidence, perhaps you should think your articles out a bit better?

I know nothing about Eliza nor about this person you found to give an opinion about whether or not she’s had plastic surgery. There is no drastic surgery done to her face. If anything, she just looks more beautifully mature. Something that most people in Hollywood PROBABLY don’t allow themselves to do. Before you write about a person, how about providing REAL proof and not just spouting off a speculative piece? Because whether you are just speculating or just being hateful and jealous, the key words that will pop up for this actress will not only be her relationship to Joss Whedon’s Universe, but also will have plastic surgery as a key search word, thanks to spazz like yourself. You post yourself as ‘make me heal’ yet you’re nothing of that category. More like pick an imaginary scab and hope to god it bleeds.

Just think that maybe she put on a little weight, got more tan, (which can cause facial features stand out a little more, because to me the “pinched” nose” thing is THERE already. Her nostrils don’t look any different. SHE didn’t have cheek implants either…she put on more weight..and remember WHEN women have their monthly cycle they have water retention. I know when I take photos before, during & after my monthly cycle my face, particularly my breasts swell…
soo..everyone IN the business doesn’t have surgery…if she gained WEIGHT like Jessican Simpson then they would talk crap because she decided to get lipo for the cello she will have…but will look great once she got back down to being STICK THIN..like she was as Daisy (which is a body that was due to HARD WORK!) But typically anytime any celeb has the least little changes EVERYONE wants to freak out…GIVE ‘EM all a break….and if Eliza did have a nip here & there SO FRICKIN WHAT!! SHE is still gorgeous!

Yeah, this surgeon doesn’t know what he’s talking about. She looks like she is smiling a little differently. Her tan makes a difference, and her nose is not ‘collapsing’! That’s ridiculous. She looks the same in both pictures!
