  • George Clooney, Plastic SurgeryGeorge Clooney, the perennial prankster, has come clean about having plastic surgery. The handsome actor is starring in a movie with friend and co-star Brad Pitt in this weekend’s Burn After Reading.

Make Me Heal reported last year on the 47-year old’s admission to having plastic surgery. (See Make Me Heal’s story on George Clooney’s plastic surgery). Now, the notorious joker has admitted that he has not had any plastic surgery.

George Clooney told friend, and sometimes co-star, Julia Roberts in a taped interview, that he had undergone eyelid surgery to reduce the bags around his eyes. Now he is saying that the interview the pair taped last year for Oprah Winfrey was all a joke.

George Clooney is fine with aging and wrinkles and his signature gray hair. He says wrinkles give him character and that he won’t be using Botox any time soon.

”I don’t mind it (aging) a bit. I love my gray hair,” George told the World Entertainment News Network. “I love the fact that my face has more of an edge and more character than it did when I was in my 20s or 30s. No Botox for me.”

Although the prankster had everyone closely examining supposed “before” and “after” photos, it seems that the bags have stayed the same and only the lighting and openness of the actor’s eyes changes.

George Clooney has long been a handsome leading man and he joins a long line of Hollywood’s elite leading men who eschew plastic surgery.

Anyone who wasn’t a moron and saw that interview with Julia knew he was only joking – it was the media who thought he was serious!

No kidding! We all knew it was joke. That is all George does is joke because he knows the media will jump all over it. Like when he told the press that Brad and Angelina were getting married at his villa. It was a hoax so the media would swarm there. Duh!

I never thought much about George until I say him in Statesville and never paid any attention to him in his younger years because I never watched t.v. because I was to busy. However since he showed up in Statesville I have been following him and have become obsessed. Don’t worry, I think to much about myself to be a stalker, besides I am not that ugly or pitiful! I agree with George and have to say I love his mature look myself. I think (as most women do) that his look is sexy and he appears to have a self assurance about himself that alot of people (myself included) don’t have. I guess its because he grew up in front of the cameras. Soooooo, nowadays George we are all in front of cameras, at the bank, in stores, even walking down the street…………….now, if we all could sing as well as you…..Also have the ability to become someone else…..I my self cannot and I probably never will….
