Angelina Jolie has come a long way since her days of kissing her brother and wearing her husband’s blood around her neck on the red carpet. However, since becoming a mother and a caring face for various world crises, Angelina has also become more glowing, which could be the result of plastic surgery but is rumored to be the result of a fancy skincare product commonly known as Dragon’s Blood.
37-year old Angelina Jolie has glowing and fresh skin, whether she’s visiting a third world country or on the red carpet. In addition to at home procedure products like the Silk’n FaceFX and the ORA Roller & Collagen Booster System to treat wrinkles, stretchmarks and scars, the word on the beauty street has it that Angelina is using a product known as Dragon’s Blood for a radiant sheen.
The Daily Mail explains, “Dragon’s Blood, £75, is made from the red sap of the sangre de drago tree and sold-out within minutes when it first launched earlier this year. It proved so popular that there were 20,000 eager customers on the waiting list before it went on sale, with Harvey Nichols reporting ‘queues out the door’. It is considered a less-invasive alternative to fillers, creating a youthful complexion without the needless and avoiding the common problem known as ‘pillow face’, where the cheeks look ‘inflated’.”
In the past, it was rumored that Angelina has had plastic surgery, undergoing everything from a nose job to Botox to get her celebrity glow (see Make Me Heal’s story on Angelina Jolie’s Nose Job).
While plastic surgery is likely responsible for some of Angelina’s features, her at-home skincare routine is also responsible.
