Michelle Bridges is a trainer on the Australian version of the popular reality weight loss competition The Biggest Loser. Michelle clearly takes good care of herself as she is incredibly fit. But some suspect that one of her secrets to looking good is Botox.
Michelle Bridges is a 43-year old celebrity fitness instructor that frequently makes appearances on various television shows and has written several books to promote her brand and weight loss. But Michelle looks so good despite her hectic schedule and brutal fitness regimen that it seems likely that she gets a little help from plastic surgery in order to stay camera ready and fresh faced at all times.
Although she hasn’t directly said whether or not she Botox, in an interview with the Daily Telegraph, she revealed that she is a proponent of the dermal injectable, saying, “I am a fan of anything that makes a person feel good about themselves and more confident.”
While Michelle may not have directly revealed that she uses Botox, it seems likely that she does given her positive comments on the subject, paired with strikingly smooth features. Michelle has a very smooth forehead, which indicates that she probably uses Botox in that region of her face and she probably also gets some between her brows as she doesn’t have the deep crevices known as 11’s that commonly show up there. In addition to Botox, Michelle may use laser treatments or chemical peels as she still appears to battle acne as well as signs of aging that may be exacerbated by Australia’s notoriously fierce sun.
According to Michelle, her best natural beauty tip is to get plenty of sleep. The fitness guru shares, “A good restorative night’s sleep is by far the best, and the most enjoyable, beauty treatment on the planet particularly if I’ve been belting myself in the gym that day.”
“I intuitively know that my body heals itself when I sleep.”
Michelle isn’t the only Biggest Loser star with plastic surgery. A few years back, her American counterpart, Jillian Michaels admitted to having had nose surgery after getting teased for her large nose as a teen.
Discussing her childhood low self image as an overweight teen with Parade magazine, Jillian revealed that not only did she shed excess weight, she also had a nose job to look and feel better about herself.
Jilian said, “In eighth grade, I weighed 175 pounds and my nose was the size of a softball. Once, I was sitting at lunch and got surrounded by a bunch of kids who let me have it about how ugly I was — my unibrow, the size of my nose, the fat rolling over my jeans. It was pure hell. My mom had to pull me out and put me in another school.”
“I had my nose done. I felt much better about myself. Plastic surgery is a very personal decision.”
Both Michelle and Jillian look great and seem to be living proof of their fitness programs.none
