  • Things haven’t been going so well for Matthew Perry since Friends ended. The television star has been hitting a rough patch as his post-Friends shows are routinely cancelled. Apparently in an attempt to reinvigorate his career, Matthew is considering plastic surgery.

43-year old Matthew Perry recently appeared on the Ellen Degeneres show and his friends at home mocked his looks, saying that his double chin looked terrible, even comparing his large neck to reality show star Mama June. Thanks to his friends remarks, it is rumored that Matthew may be considering going under the knife for some neck liposuction.

“Matt was his usual funny, engaging self when he co-hosted Ellen’s show,” a source told The ENQUIRER. “But his friends said his fat neck made him look like ‘Honey Boo Boo’s’ mother Mama June, and teased him about going under the knife.”

“Matt’s always laughed off Hollywood’s obsession with plastic surgery. But with ‘Go On’ canceled, he’s thinking twice about a subtle nip/tuck.”

Now that Go On, his third attempt at a post-Friends career, has been cancelled, Matthew is no longer against plastic surgery and may be considering some face work to rejuvenate his career.

“For Matt, getting compared to Mama June was the last straw,” said the source. “Plastic surgery is not on his bucket list, but he’s not opposed to it anymore.”

Only time will tell if the Enquirer got the rumor right this time.
