  • Melanie Griffith recently revealed that she has taken a lashing from her Twitter followers due to her plastic surgery.

55-year old Melanie Griffith has begun to return to acting and her appearance seems to be normalizing, after years of suffering from what was commonly considered bad plastic surgery (See Make Me Heal’s story on Melanie Griffith’s plastic surgery), from fillers to breast implants.

According to RadarOnline, not only has Melanie’s career suffered from plastic surgery, but so has her ego, thanks to Twitter bullies poking fun at her appearance.

“Most people are telling me I look horrible,” the 55-year-old told Us Weekly at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles Gala: Noche de Ninos. “The tweets I get are really nasty.”

However, she does manage to stay in shape with a rigorous combination of yoga and personal training.

Whatever the cause of Melanie’s appearance, plastic surgery or not, it’s not nice for fans to mock her efforts to stay camera-friendly.
