Kat Von D ‘s a really pretty girl, if you’re into the alternative look thing she’s got going on. The tattoo artist has become famous for her looks, but lately it’s not the tats or makeup people are wondering about, it’s the reality star’s proclivity for plastic surgery.

28-year old Kat Von D has appeared on Makemeheal.com’s radar before, going under the knife in the past, getting a nose job that slimmed down the bridge and tip, as well as a possible breast augmentation (See Make Me Heal’s story on Kat Von D’s plastic surgery).

With her tightly pulled face, with plump features, many bloggers have speculated that Kat has had a facelift and uses fillers to plump up, a la Madonna. However Kat is way to young to have undergone such a dramatic procedure as a facelift, and it is more likely that she regularly receives Botox injections as well as dermal fillers like Juvederm and Restylane to get her flawless, doll-like complexion.

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “Kat Von D certainly keeps up her Botox regime to her forehead and around the eyes.  Her dramatic brow arch has most likely been caused by consistent Botox injections.  I do not believe she has undergone a facelift, but does appear to have enhanced the shape of her nose through a Rhinoplasty procedure.”

Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, Calif., says, “Kat Von D appears to have had Botox and facial fillers. She is too young to have had a facelift performed, and would not benefit from any additional work at this time.”

Kat Von D could be experimenting with fillers to impress her new man, the notorious Jesse James, actress Sandra Bullock’s ex-husband.
