The wedding of the century is coming up on April 29 and before Kate Middleton says, “I do” to Prince William, she has plenty of planning to do. According to the National Enquirer, that includes getting plastic surgery to look royal enough to fill her role as princess.
29-year old Kate Middleton has already changed up her style, from collegiate to conservative. But it seems that more changes may be in store for the soon-to-be-royal, including some plastic surgery.
“Kate knows she’s about to become the most photographed person in the world – and women will scrutinize every inch of her. She’s really dreading that,” an insider told The ENQUIRER.
“She wants to project a modern, glamorous image, and she knows that it’s best to have cosmetic intervention before any aging, sagging, drooping or wrinkling can mar her figure.”
“Now that she’s joining the royal family, Kate obviously has to be discreet about her body changes. She doesn’t wan to be embarrassingly photographed covered with bandages and with ugly black eyes from plastic surgery,” maintained the insider.
“She needs to plan mini- surgeries that won’t be obvious to the public.
“And for procedures where she will have to stay out of the public eye for a short while Kate has been looking for top surgeons in Switzerland.”
According to The Enquirer’s source, Kate’s plastic surgery overall will total over $150,000 for “breast augmentation, a more full and shapely derriere, hip liposuction, lip fillers, Botox shots, delicate touch-ups around the eyes, a minor nose job and porcelain caps on her teeth.”
Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “With all the weight Kate Middleton is losing right now she will most likely look to fillers to restore some of the lost volume to her face and Botox to smooth out her skin and give her a rejuvenated look. Kate could still possibly have a Breast augmentation prior to her wedding, but it would be cutting it close. It typically takes 2-4 weeks for bruising and swelling from a breast augmentation to subside.”
While Kate’s at it, she may also want Wills to go under the knife for hair restoration surgery, as the heir to the throne has been experiencing hair loss for several years now (See Make Me Heal’s story on Prince William’s hair loss).
Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, California says, “If Kate Middleton had any surgery prior to April 29th, the presence of any residual swelling on that day depends on what procedure she wished to have performed. She may benefit from Botox or a little bit of filler here and there. Overall her look is natural, and it is a personal decision if she wishes to have any procedures.”
Makemeheal.com looks forward to the royal wedding day and seeing whether or not Kate really decides to go under the knife.
