Kim Kardashian has a lot on her plate these days, opening boutiques and planning her wedding to Kris Humphries. While Kris will fit right in with the K-loving Kardashian, Kim wants fans to know that something else fits in too: her big butt.

30-year old Kim Kardashian has long been haunted by rumors of plastic surgery (See Make Me Heal’s previous story on Kim Kardashian’s Botox), but her derriere has been the focus of most rumors.

On an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kim gets on an x-ray machine to prove to fans that her famous behind is all real and not butt implants.

On his blog, plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn points out that just because her bottom isn’t the result of implants, doesn’t mean she hasn’t undergone fat injections to plump her behind.

He writes,  “This is great.  Kim Kardashian recently took the time and exposed herself to radiation in order to prove that she doesn’t have buttock implants.  Kim posted this photo on her sister Khloe’s website.  I’m no radiologist, but I don’t see any obvious implants there! ”

“That doesn’t mean that she hasn’t had fat injected into her butt.  This wouldn’t show up on an x-ray.”

“I doubt she’s had anything done, though.  Some people just have an ample booty!”

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “If Kim Kardashian did have butt implants they would indeed show up on an x-ray.  However, that does not mean she didn’t have her butt augmented.  The Brazilian Butt Lift is a procedure that she probably unknowingly made very popular recently.  It involves liposuction fat and then transferring that fat to the buttocks to give it a full, round and perky appearance.  Looks similar to a celebrity’s behind?”

Kim’s ample booty may not have needed to go through plastic surgery recovery, but Makemeheal.com can’t help but think that she is more than familiar with the inside of a plastic surgeon’s office.
