  • So remember back before “Kimye,” when Kim Kardashian was briefly married to basketball player Kris Humphries and then the marriage broke up and Kim hooked up with Kanye West? Kris then hooked up with another curvaceous creature, a Myla Sinanaj of Miami. At the time, many tabloids compared Myla to Kim, noting numerous similarities including a possible affinity for plastic surgery.

Although the romance is over for Kris and Myla, apparently Myla’s desire to be the next Kim Kardashian is not. In an interview with TMZ, Myla confessed, “I’m obsessed with her body and want mine to be exactly the same.”

Apparently, Myla is tired of being known as the fat version of Kim K and has decided to have lots of plastic surgery procedures in order to get Kim K’s amazing pre-baby figure.

So what is Myla planning in order to get up to Kim Kardashian standards? $30,000 worth of plastic surgery, courtesy of Dr. Matthew Schulman, including liposuction, lip augmentation via injections of fillers and breast implants.

Although Myla has said that she isn’t a fan of reality star Kim, she has been modeling her new career after the famous Kardashian, and even recently released a porn video that she thought would be as popular as Kim’s, called “Myla Sinanaj: The Anti-Kim XXX.”

While Myla is clearly obsessed with the idea of looking like Kim apparently she hasn’t made any plans for any kind of facial contouring—at least not yet.

Wanting to look like a celebrity via plastic surgery is nothing new, but most plastic surgeons strongly discourage it as it generally leads to disappointment.

Nicholas Ryan recently made headlines after the aspiring actor spent $5,000 on plastic surgery to look more like his idol, Ryan Gosling. He underwent some type of jaw augmentation to give his face more definition, but not many people could see the resemblance.

And actress Jessica Alba actually reached out to one lost soul after hearing about a Chinese woman who planned to undergo plastic surgery in order to look more like the actress after her boyfriend left her.

Jessica said at the time, “If somebody loves you, they will love you no matter what.”

In fact, wanting to look like a celebrity is so prevalent that there are some plastic surgeons that actually specialize in the practice. And every year there is a list of the celebrity body parts that inspire plastic surgery. According to CBS News:

Women frequently want their roses to look most like Natalie Portman’s, followed by Emma Stone’s and Nicole Kidman’s.

Men prefer that their new nose look like Jude Law, followed by Josh Duhamel’s and Ben Affleck’s (maybe Ben Affleck will move to the top of the list after he plays Batman?)

Women interested in blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) would like the outcome to resemble Anne Hathaway’s, followed by Mila Kunis’ and Megan Fox’s.

Although eyelid surgery tends to give men a feminine appearance, men opting for the surgery would like to have eyes like Hugh Jackman’s followed by Jake Gyllenhaal’s and Ian Somerhalder’s.

As you can see, both men and women have celebrity favorites, but most people do not go to the same extreme as Myla Sinanaj. It does make you wonder whether Kim will be flattered or freaked out when she hears the news.
