Stars on both sides of the pond are traditionally tight-lipped when it comes to disclosing plastic surgery. So Make Me Heal was very impressed when British singer and actress Kym Marsh opened up about her decision to go under the knife.
33-year old Kym Marsh first gained notoriety after appearing on the talent show Popstars and has now become a British favorite in her role on the popular soap opera Coronation Street.
Like many women, Kym revealed that she was unhappy with her body after giving birth to her two children. “Since having my kids, there was nothing there,’” she told Reveal magazine. “After having my second child they [her breasts] just disappeared.”
To get her body back, Kym has undergone a liposuction on her abdominal region as well as breast augmentation, taking her from a 34B to a 34D cup.
Now, after surgery, Kym has said she is very satisfied with her procedures and the new confidence and positive body image they have given her.
“It really has changed my life,” she said, “It’s made me much more confident with myself and that’s all I wanted to achieve really. “
“It’s absolutely the result I wanted. I am happy with my body now.”
Kym’s new curves have led the British tabloid to compare the star to American beauty Kim Kardashian’s famous curvaceous figure (See Make Me Heal’s story on Kim Kardashian’s plastic surgery).
Make Me Heal always like a happy ending to a plastic surgery story, a welcome change from the numerous disasters seen in the entertainment world.
