  • Lindsay Price can currently be seen on television’s Lipstick Jungle, where Make Me Heal suspects the Asian American landed as a result of some excellent plastic surgery.

31-year old Lindsay co-stars alongside Make Me Heal alum Brooke Shields (See Make Me Heal’s story on Brooke Shield’s Plastic Surgery) as one of New York City’s most powerful women.

But would Lindsay and her alter ego Victory Ford be as successful without some nips and tucks?

Although there aren’t very many early photos of Lindsay Price floating about, it seems that over time, Lindsay has embraced her Western heritage. Although camera angles, lighting and make-up all make a difference in the actress’ appearance, it is also likely that she has had some plastic surgery to help change the shape of her eyes, nose and jawline.

    Lindsay Price, Plastic Surgery

    (Left: Before, Right: After)

Dr. Jennifer Walden explains to Make Me Heal, “Lindsay Price is gorgeous Asian American woman who appears more Westernized in recent photos than in earlier ones.  This could due to subtleties in camera angle, makeup color palette, hair color and style, and clothing choice; since there are not a lot of photos of her in the earlier days it is difficult to really tell.

“Based upon the one early photo provided, it seems she may have undergone double eyelid surgery, a procedure to give more of an upper lid sulcus and contour similar to Caucasian eyes.  Her jaw has a squarer angle when I compare the pictures I have, which may be due to angle of the camera, but I suppose the possibility of mandibular and/ or chin augmentation with implant(s) exists.

Her very straight and narrow nasal bridge with the contour and height that may be due to a nicely done rhinoplasty or a genetic blessing. It is not uncommon for patients of Eastern decent that request rhinoplasty that have a naturally low nasal dorsum, or bridge, to get an implant placed in this area to give the nose more height.”

If Lindsay has indeed had some plastic surgery, she joins the ranks of other Asian celebrities who have changed their appearances to appear more Westernized, including celebrity hair stylist Kim Vo (See Make Me Heal’s story on Kim Vo’s plastic surgery) and action star Jackie Chan (See Make Me Heal’s story on Jackie Chan’s eyelid surgery).

Lindsay’s surgery was successful, as she appears to be naturally good-looking and not at all plastic.

This is a terrible post. There’s a tonne of early Lindsay footage – one only need look to her 90210 days. Her face looks more mature in the way that women are supposed to age. She has lost baby fat on her face and at most has had rhino. Being that she’s Eurasian, she has ALWAYS had a double eye lid. you’re really looking for filler (NPI) here. Kim Vo is also Eurasian, and he as well has always had a double eye lid.

Please don’t call yourself a professional if this seriously is your opinion.

In what way did you find her eyelids look different from those photos? Have you ever actually seen before and after photos of your so called ‘eyelid surgery to look more westernized’ ? I’m sorry but it looks to me as if she’s just had a more modern makeup on her face.

Please stop saying all Asian eyelid surgeries were done to make the person look more westernized. That is just fucking ignorant. Almost 50% of Asians are born with double eyelids and big eyes, the rest have what you would call the ‘slanted’ or narrow eyes. Maybe those who got the surgery just wanted their eyes bigger. Thank you.

I’ve watched her on TV from back in the ninties; she was on a soap for several years. I am certain she’s had surgery. Her nose is completely different – she does not look like she used to – that is probably why you won’t find the earlier photos, as she wouldn’t want you to see the differences.

    4. bob on February 7, 2009 1:07 am

wtf is a caucasian eye? give me a break. the person writing this blog is writing about how everyone is getting surgery to appear more white but is writing nothing about all the surgeries white people are getting to look less white. Like lip injections and butt implants.

    5. Philip on April 2, 2009 8:26 am

The OP really has a point, so don’t call him ignorant, you bunch of politically correct losers. (or more like reverse racist idiots?) If you aske me, Asian women living in North Eastern Asia are just dying to have more white facial features so they do everything possible like forehead implants, double eyelid surgery, nose bridge heightening & nose sticking-out, setting their mouth back, jaw reduction, and skin whitening. You’d see more than a dozen of plastic surgeon’s every block in the big cities, and they are full of patients who are waiting their ritual of passage after graduating high school. If you find this unbelievable, just come to Korea and see how they are westerninzing their faces.

    6. Philip on April 2, 2009 8:41 am

The other NE countries would not be quite different, but the case of Korea is really dramatic since they are the guys who show the most typical Mogolian features among all. (I mean their natural faces before altering.) But through the ritual of passage, they quite succeed in having more Eurasian looks and inflating thier twisted self-esteem, like trying to say we Koreans may have fucking beauties. And many man-made cuties are thriving in the show business not just in the country of Korea but in nearby countries.

    7. Philip on April 2, 2009 8:59 am

And Bob, you’d better make it clear wtf you are trying to get across since you sound like an idiot. So wtf white girls are doing to look less white, huh? You sound like you know bunch of cases, but just give two minor instances like lip injections and butt implants? Look at the whole picture, it’s more about overall facial structure, and you just cannot deny people’s beuty norms are more than partial to white features, like their high facial angle, well-curved forehead, big colorful eyes, high and delicate nose, oval face, and full range of hair tones from platinum blonde to glowing raven hair.

    8. Philip on April 2, 2009 9:11 am

And stop picking on the lip injections and butt implants; I find black people usually resort to these in desperation to offset their lust to having white features, but it’s simply ridiculous. I bet not many whites really like those thick dark protruded lips of black women. They might prefer thicker than average lips, but they’d rather tear them off if God puts the exactly black lips on their face. And if you ask me, lips are just minor part of the whole face; are you gonna say the one-tree hill is actually a tree since there is one tree on it? Lips may be even less important since it doesnt form the peak of the face at all.

    9. Philip on April 2, 2009 9:33 am

And the last thing, Bob the idiot, your black sisters seem quite proud of how their butt look, but this is ridiculous too. some might have sultry buttocks, but I still bet white girls in general have more glamorous curvy bodies than black girls; if people really find black girls bodies hotter, why almost all the most earning porn stars are white? From high-end fashion and movies to porn industry, beauty icons have been and still is more than predominantly white; and this will not change unless politically correct sickos find a more effective way of forcing people to accept diversity in their beaty norms. So don’t even try to blur the truth with your weak argument, it sounds so pathetic, actually.

Philip- u r just plain stupid- sound like a ignorant racist. I agree with McBride, Sunni and Bob- I am of Korean descent, and I have a double lid. As I get older my eyes appear larger- not smaller (because I am losing the baby fat around my eyes), and depending on how I apply my makeup design, I look like I am ‘hapa’. I think I look more defined now since i am losing my fat on my face, and thining out. People will ask what I am ‘mixed’ mixed. My cousin on the other (who also have a double lids) her eyes are getting more narrower because her lids are falling down, and covering the double. She will be getting an eyelift she told me when she hits her 50′s…(not to have ‘occidental’ eyes- but eyelid surgery or bleph.like any human person who want a more refreshed youthful look)- I hate it when people always think Asians are trying to look ‘white’??? or European? What do they mean? Then what do European or “white” want to look like when they get their face pulled or facelift? – do they want to look Asian??? Can’t people just say because they want to look what they feel is ‘more youthful’ or in their eyes ‘beautiful’?

    11. 4crew on June 2, 2009 3:17 am

BTW, the post is terrible. i don’t believe she did anything to her face at all. Her earlier picture clearly shows she is much younger, and the youthfulness explains that…(my own pictures look similar if i were to compare my youth and my current-20 years later). Also her 2nd picture appears to be the angle of the camera and her makeup.

    12. Chongo on June 23, 2009 9:48 pm

What about Mia Lee of K-Cal 9 News in Los Angeles. She’s a Korean-American newscaster who’s gone through a “horrific” transformation into an unsightly “Michael Jackson” clone of plastic surgery gone bad. In addition, her breast implants are ridiculously HUGE for a Asian female frame. Last year she even went bleached blonde to totally try and get away from her Korean Heritage.

Goggle “Mia Lee” and look at her before and after pictures.

    13. Dougie on June 26, 2009 9:34 am

Actually Philip, white women do have issues about their characteristically white features. Many white women do wish they had fuller lips and butts. Not only that, but they tan themselves whenever they have the opportunity. Obviously, I don’t think there is any group of people that want to be entirely like another race, but certain races are seen as having superior attributes when it comes to the fashion and entertainment industries.

      you wrote:

Well, first off, if porn stars epitomize beauty to you with their fake tits and bleached blonde hair, then it seems even your typical white woman would have to augment herself to adapt. As far as the high end models are concerned, their success probably has more to do with the purchasing demographic than it does the women themselves. The black community makes up a smaller purchasing demographic than the white community and thus black people tend to gravitate towards magazines, tv shows, etc. that showcase black beauty. Blonde hair, blue eyes is not the standard beauty in such cases.

    14. ANNA on July 17, 2009 9:57 am

I think you all miss an important point : Lindsay Price is EURAsian meaning she is not full ASIAN, so it is not very surprising to see that she has some ‘western’ features.

      What an ignorant article.

    15. YoYo on July 23, 2009 9:59 am

I knew Jennifer Garner had something done to her lips. They look unnatural. Ugh!

    17. Hong Man Choi on August 13, 2009 8:32 pm

She looks natural to me. A few years, different makeup/lighting could easily account for the chnages.

Take a trip to Korea sometime and you will see there is a major trend in some Asian nations towards cosmetic procedures that emulate a Western “non-hispanic caucasian” look.

Of course she’s had surgery; I searched the internet because I noticed some noticeable changes in her face, and not the kind that aging and/or losing weight bring.

    22. Liz on September 29, 2009 6:54 pm

SHE’S HAPA/EURASIAN! Meaning she’s both Caucasian and Asian.

    23. Cute Porn on November 4, 2009 5:20 pm

I think it would be easier to really see a difference if she had similar poses in the pics u chose to post, just my 2 cents.

    24. anarielle on November 6, 2009 10:56 pm

I think she did the nose. For the eyes the appaers bigger on the first picture… the angles are totaly diferents, but for me she has “classic” eurasian eyes, considering there is a classic eurasian eyes shape (false).
For the discussion, I think that asians do the double eyelid not only to look more caucasian. I mean, traditionnaly some of them like big eyes like some white people like blue eyes. It’s a complicated topic, we will be never satisfied with what nature gave us uh ? Anyway, now plus the eye thing they want a westernized look it’s true, just like some black girl bleach there skin, make their nose thiner, get permed ect…
It’s globalization and ethnocentrism fault, people like philip spread the faulse idea that “non-white is awful”, and we trust them and wanna look just like an hollywood actress, but in real life who look like them ?

    25. Garland on December 3, 2009 5:48 pm

Why is it that seemingly every forum discussion I dig into on the internet that relates to celebrity wind up devolving into a racial slurfest? Disappointing, really.

    26. Bill on May 10, 2010 11:40 am

Why didn’t you print a picture of Lindsay? Why no comment on her doing so?
The answer is NO!!!! sHE DIDN’T NEED IT.

    27. Jon on March 1, 2011 11:40 am

Wow, some of these comments go to show that no matter how litte known celebrity you are there will still be people out there defending your honor. I hardly even know who this girl is, I saw her many many years ago and only just 5 mins ago have seen her since then, and could immediately tell she’s had some plastic work done. It’s obvious. Not so much in the pictures above, but type her name in google images and you will see. In a few of the pics, she looks like Lara Flynn Boyle.

    28. Jon on March 1, 2011 11:42 am

It’s nothing to do with race either. It’s not our fault if you don’t have eyes and can’t see the truth. What’s wrong with admitting your fave celeb had surgery anyway? So you admit there is something wrong with it? You know.. There are people that still people that deny that MICHAEL JACKSON had any work done.

    29. Allie on March 4, 2011 12:57 pm

I am watching Lipstick Jungle and she barely has a nose left. Looks like Michael Jackson! Why oh why do beautiful women go under the knife?

    30. lyn on August 9, 2011 5:19 pm

yes she has had minor eyelid surgery, a nose job, in fact she has had her first nose job corrected, and cheek implant…in earlier photos she is dishfaced, and maturing does not rid you of that feature, she as well has had a chin implant. she is attractive but she has had multiple procedures.
