  • Everybody’s favorite dimpled television host and former teen television star, Mario Lopez, has a possible secret. The rumor mill is churning that Mario made his girlfriend and mother of his future child, Courtney Mazza, undergo plastic surgery before he would be seen in public with her.

    Mario Lopez, Plastic Surgery

36-year old Mario López looks like he is aging gracefully, by staying fit and healthy. However, looks are important to him, as his girlfriend may have undergone a breast augmentation and possibly more surgery to please Mario’s sense of aesthetics. (See Make Me Heal’s story on Mario Lopez’s plastic surgery).

A source has been quoted as saying “Courtney was engaged to a guy in Queens before she met Mario, but once they got together she dropped everything to go to California and be with him. He encouraged her to work out with a trainer every day. She underwent a boob job and liposuction last spring. Once her body was perfect, he arranged for them to be photographed on a beach.

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “Although it may be most men’s fantasy to have their girlfriends get a Breast Augmentation, it certainly is not common to request it in order to be seen with them.  Mario’s girlfriend looks great.  She does have very full breasts quite possibly due to a Breast Augmentation.”

Make Me Heal wishes the couple luck as they become among the latest celebrity parents.
