Actress Melinda Clarke has been a star on everything from an episode of Seinfeld to the OC. Somehow she has managed to look the same, no matter how many years pass, indicating that she probably uses plastic surgery to maintain her good looks.
43-year old Melinda Clarke never seems to age, but only grows more and more beautiful with each passing year. Although women in the 40′s have a tendency to lose volume in their face, Melinda looks much the same as she did nearly 20 years ago. Most likely Melinda hasn’t had any drastic plastic surgery procedures, but is replacing her natural collagen with a filler such as Juvederm.
Dr. Jonathan Hall is one of the top plastic surgeons in Boston, who is know for his natural appearing results. Dr. Hall, who has not treated Melinda Clarke, says, “Melinda looks great for her age. It is common for patients in my practice who are in their 40′s to help maintain their beautiful appearance by replacing volume in the face with HA fillers, such as Restylane and Juvederm, and Botox to overactive lines in the forehead. I like to go for a ‘rested’ or ‘just back from vacation’ look, not an unnatural paralysis. Even fillers and Botox in my opinion are best done by a qualified medical practitioner who is trained in facial rejuvenation, not just someone who is picking these up in their practice to try and make a little money, but without the proper training. The signs of aging can be subtle, and the corrections need to be subtle to look just right. Melinda looks great. The greatest compliment that my patients (and I) can get is ‘did you get your hair cut?’ That is a way of saying that someone looks better, but you are not sure why, because it looks natural. So, ‘nice hair cut Melinda.’”
The OC may be over, but Melinda is still going strong on the fairly new series, Nikita.
