Micheline Roquebrune isn’t as well known as her longtime husband, Sean Connery. But the leading man’s leading lady still seems to have picked up on Hollywood’s obsession with plastic surgery.

80-year old Micheline Roquebrune has been married to Sean Connery since 1975. It’s practically an eternity in Hollywood years, but some of Hollywood has clearly rubbed off on the proud Scots, as Micheline has spent more than her share of time in the plastic surgeon’s office.

In fact, Micheline looks as though she has spent so much time under the knife that exactly what procedures she has had are hazy. They likely include facelifts, an eyelid lift and maybe other nips and tucks. More recently, it seems that she has gotten in on the fillers that have recently become popular. Micheline likely has Juvederm or Restylane or even collagen injected into her lips, which appear oversized and swollen. She may also use Botox in her forehead, keeping it smooth and shiny, even at her advanced age.

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “Mrs. Connery looks like she has had several facial cosmetic enhancements done such as fillers to her lips and cheeks and at minimum, a lift to her eyelids and brows.”

Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, California says, “Sean Connery’s wife appears to have had some obvious work performed. She has clearly had filler injected into her lips, and they appear a bit too full and overdone. She looks like she had facial fillers, and there is a possibility of a facelift and a browlift as well. Overall, the work was not performed conservatively and she would be better off with a more natural appearance.”

Board certified Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr David Shafer says, “Sean Connery’s wife does appear to have had multiple procedures as she has an ‘operated look.’ However, how much she has had is unknown.”

Micheline’s overdone appearance may be why Sean has never gone under the knife. He is handsome and ever, but suitably wrinkled and worn for a man his age.

Micheline and Sean may not look like a likely couple, but something they are doing must be working for them to have been married so long.
