  • Miley Cyrus has been chopping off and dying her hair left and right these days. She showcased her newest look on Twitter, which may have also showcased some new lip fillers.

19-year old Miley Cyrus is doing more talking about music days than making any. The former Disney diva doesn’t seem to be doing much of anything but talking about her engagement and future plans. Oh, and Tweeting pics of herself to fans.

Whether it’s a revealing outfit or a new haircut, Miley wants her fans to know all the changes in her life. Her newest incarnation is a punk pixie cut in platinum. But not only did she change up her look at the beauty salon, some suspect she also changed it with plastic surgery via temporary lip fillers like Juvederm.

On his blog, plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn says, “Before-and-after photos are consistent with lip injections using a filler like Juvederm or Restylane.  Her current appearance on this photo definitely resembles patients who’ve recently had their lips enhanced and are still a bit swollen.  I suspect that we’ll see it settle down with time, and look just fine.”

Changing her look frequently lands Miley in the midst of the plastic surgery rumor mill (See Make Me Heal’s story on Miley Cyrus’ plastic surgery), but this time it looks like the rumor is right.
