Mira Sorvino may be best known for her role in Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion, but she may be looking better now than she did back then, thanks to some well-done plastic surgery.
Since her breakthrough role in Mighty Aphrodite, Mira, now 41, has actually gotten better looking since that role which won her an Oscar at 29.
The daughter of actor Paul Sorvino, Mira looks as though she has become a regular Botox user, helping her age much better than her Romy and Michele co-star Lisa Kudrow of the television show Friends.
In addition to Botox, the shape of Mira’s jaw is much more definitive, which is a possible sign of a chin implant that has been well placed.
Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer, “Mira Sorvino’s forehead wrinkles have magically disappeared – the obvious assumption is Botox. She also has a nice glow to her skin which is often seen with long-term Botox use. Additionally, her chin appears slightly wider and less pointed when compared to earlier pictures – which suggests a possible chin implant. Regardless of what procedures Mira has had, she looks great and should keep doing whatever it is she does.”
According to Dr. Paul Nassif, a facial plastic surgery expert, “ Mira hasn’t had any eyework, but she may have had a rhinoplasty recently and a chin implant. Her chin appears pointy in her then photo and a little softer and rounder in her now photo. It may be a prejowl implant to soften the sharp chin she used to have.”
Although Mira isn’t the movie star she once was, her roles on television and Indie flicks still keep her in front of the camera, looking better than ever thanks to plastic surgery.
