  • Rocker Jon Bon Jovi says that yoga, not plastic surgery, is responsible for his still good-looking appearance.

In an interview with ContactMusic.com, 48-year old Jon Bon Jovi said: “For an old man who has no plastic surgery, still has all his own hair and wears a 30-inch waist, I’m doing okay.”

Bon Jovi has attributed his lean appearance to playing sports and practicing yoga, which have clearly paid off. His famous song, “Living on a Prayer,” has become a favorite chant amongst yogis.

While Bon Jovi has maintained the rugged good looks of his youth, but if he did want to have some subtle plastic surgery, an upper blepharoplasty could help open up his eyes, while a little Botox in the space between his brows and some fillers in his cheeks, like Restylane or Juvederm, could help give a less worried and more mellow appearance.

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “I believe Jon Bon Jovi in that he has not had cosmetic surgery.  He has a very natural, rugged look to him.  To rejuvenate his look I would recommend an upper Blepharoplsty or eyelid lift.  Since the eyes are the main focus on the face, giving them a younger look usually gives the entire face a younger look.”

Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, California says, “Jon Bon Jovi does not appear to have had any surgery performed to his face. Overall his look is natural.  There is a possibility of Botox and facial fillers, but that is about all.”

Makemeheal.com thinks that Jon Bon Jovi looks great, whether or not he decides to explore plastic surgery.

Hi! I certainly agree with Bon Jovi and by the way I trully love to listen almost all his songs, I guess he is the best on top of my list BUT!

Yoga is OK but it must start practicing when we are really young, when we are kids our parents should put children in some very reliable YOGA lessons teachers or the essence of it will be lost and nothing is going to happen, it will be a waste of time ( kind of and I can not explain it here as ther eis no room for that ).

Nevertheless let me just tell you that is another technique even more efficient and easier than YOGA my fellows, and this is introspection at every moments to enlarge our conscience and responsibility before ourselves and the world, that will require from us the strenght to seek and learn about psichology, biology, biochemistry among many other sciences that trully composes us, human beings!

When we are able to rule our lives under the 3 magnificent forces that rule life we will be able to do whatever we can and slow down our aging rate, I mean it!

Truth, Justice and LOVE from which this is the strongest ( search for “love is the strongest power” of Il Divo and feel it with your eyes closed once you have seen the video first ).

I still put Bon Jovi side by side with Il Divo!
