Olivia Newton John may need to write a follow-up to her popular 1980’s anthem song “Let’s Get Physical” and call it “Let’s Get Plastical”, as the Grammy award-winning 58-year-old actress-singer sure seems to love the knife.

Back in 2005 Olivia Newton-John said “I haven’t had plastic surgery yet, though I would never say never. However, I would like to think that I won’t because the thought of it is an uncomfortable one. I think I’m just fortunate, genetically, and I’ve always said that I want to age gracefully like my mum did.” So she denied ever having plastic surgery, yet photos of Newton-John throughout the last decade just don’t add up at all. By these photos, it seems she had upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), facelift, and maybe even a browlift (forehead lift). Presently, her neck looks clean and taut. She has a tight jaw line and a lack of jowls as well. These are all tell-tale signs of a facelift. If you rewind back to the late 1990’s, pictures of Olivia show that she had the beginnings of sagging skin on her lower face, which by now should have been serious jowls. The star’s eyes are wide, refreshed, and peculiarly lacking in excess skin hanging over in her upper and lower eyelids. Also, there is little under eye puffiness, all signs of eyelid surgery. For someone at her age, it is extremely rare to look this young without the aid of the knife.

Additionally, Olivia’s forehead, mouth, and eye areas are flawless and have no deep wrinkles or lines, which means it is likely she used dermal injections like Botox, Juvederm, or Restylane to get rid of horizontal forehead worry lines, crow’s feet around her eyes, and nasolabial folds at the corners of her mouth, all of which were all visible features in some of her previous photos. It is also possible that Olivia Newton-John had a brow lift to correct some of these flaws and she might use laser skin treatments and peels to maintain a youthful skin appearance, though filler injections are more likely for removing wrinkles.

But when all is said and done, Olivia’s transformation is breathtaking, as her current look is natural-looking and she looks at least 15 years younger than her current age. Olivia’s plastic surgery procedures were done in the right dose and have not given her a fake overdone look.

Olivia is also a survivor of breast cancer, which she struggled with back in 1992, but she was able to heal through with the power of music. Quite admirably, her struggle did not stop her from entertaining audiences for more than 40 years, nor stopped her from collecting four Grammy awards, 15 top ten singles, and of course starring in the most famous musical of all time “Grease” alongside John Travolta, who is rumored to have had a hair transplant (read the full article about John Travolta’s Hair Transplant). She is set to release a new CD called “Grace and Gratitude” which may not top her 1980’s pop hit, “Let’s Get Physical,” but certainly continues her collection of ‘healing music’.
