Lorenzo Lamas comes from a long line of attractive actors. So has the former soap star enhanced his family gene pool with some plastic surgery for his new reality show Leave it to Lamas?
52-year old Lorenzo Lamas isn’t shy, taking off his shirt on his new show to reveal his less than perfect abs. Lorenzo’s very large fold of skin around his belly button could be the result of a liposuction procedure in the past.
Miami Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “Lorenzo Lamas’s stomach looks like it has a face of it’s own. The extra fold of skin above his belly button may be the result of abdominal liposuction leaving some loose sagging skin behind.”
On the other hand, Lorenzo’s saggy looking skin could also be the result of his age.
Board certified Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr David Shafer says, ” Lorenzo Lamas appears to have some loose skin in his mid abdomen making a fold around his umbilicus. He does not appear to have had any invasive plastic surgery. It is possible that he has had liposuction, but I do not see any evidence of this. It is more likely that his skin is not as tight as it used to be when he was younger, despite his toned abdominal musculature.”
If Lorenzo wanted to look a little younger, he could consider using some dermal fillers like Prevelle or Radiesse or the more popular Restylane or Juvederm.
“He also has a little loose skin appearing around his mouth (nasolabial folds). He could use some dermal fillers or a fat transfer to his cheeks to replenish the volume lost in his face and cheeks.”
Lorenzo is no stranger to plastic surgery, as many of his ex-wives, including former Playmate Shauna Sand have been under the knife for facial fillers (See Make Me Heal’s story on Shauna Sand’s plastic surgery).
