After TV cooking show host Paula Deen revealed she had developed type II Diabetes after years of chugging sweet tea and eating a high-fat diet, she promised her fans that along with her endorsement of a diabetic drug, she would also lose weight. Paula has lost a lot of her excess weight, but now she likely also some excess skin that could be taken care of with plastic surgery.
65-year old Paula Deen has recently proclaimed herself to be healthy and happy. Along with her new body is a new attitude about food and exercise. She likely also has a lot of newly loose skin, which could be taken care of with plastic surgery.
In addition to a face and necklift to get rid of her new giant wrinkle pile there, Paula could also consider abdominoplasty or tummy tuck, and brachioplasty or arm lift to get rid of the excess skin on her stomach and arms and then spend her time off camera in arm lift recovery.
When actor Jonah Hill lost weight for 21 Jump Street, Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer told Makemeheal.com, “Jonah Hill looks fantastic after his recent significant weight loss. Although he must be thrilled at dropping the pounds he’s probably not so thrilled at some possible dropping skin. It is likely that he will have some excess loose skin in his abdomen, arms and leg areas. That can only be corrected by traditional cosmetic surgery such as an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck, and brachioplasty or arm lift. There aren’t any noted alternative treatments that will remove excess loose skin besides surgery.”
Despite Paula upsetting her fans with her controversial agreement with a drug company and keeping her disease a secret for a couple of years, she seems to be losing weight nicely.
