The Best Actress nominations have been revealed and along with a lot of talent, there may also be some plastic surgery on the list.
Naomi Watts, “The Impossible”
44-year old Naomi Watts always looks great and many have suspected her of using Botox to keep her prominent forehead smooth. However, Naomi must be using skincare products to get rid of wrinkles as she doesn’t have the typical Botox look (See Make Me Heal’s story on Naomi Watts’s plastic surgery).
Jessica Chastain, “Zero Dark Thirty”
35-year old Jessica Chastain may not be forthcoming about her age “because she’s an actress,” but it doesn’t look like she’s taken on any other trade secrets like plastic surgery either (See Make Me Heal’s story on Jessica Chastain’s plastic surgery).
Jennifer Lawrence, “Silver Linings Playbook”
22-year old Jennifer Lawrence is going for her second time as a Best Actress nominee, but plastic surgery doesn’t look like part of her red carpet regime (See Make Me Heal’s story on Jennifer Lawrence’s plastic surgery).
Emmanuelle Riva, “Amour”
85-year old French actress Emmanuelle Riva is the oldest actress in history to be nominated for her category. Despite gaining international acclaim, Emmanuelle doesn’t look like she’s gone Hollywood all the way, as she has many of the hallmarks of advanced age, as befits a woman her age. However, Emmanuelle doesn’t have jowls or a sagging neckline, which could be the result of facelift recovery from years ago.
Quvenzhané Wallis, “Beasts of the Southern Wild”
At the other end of the spectrum is the youngest actress to ever be nominated for the category. 8-year old Quvenzhané Wallis is far too young to have had plastic surgery, but it could be in her future if she continues to spend time in Hollywood.
