Fans of Teri Hatcher’s have watched her performances over the years and noticed that not only does the sexy star get better looking, her look also changes. Makemeheal.com thinks plastic surgery is at the root of Teri’s good looks.
45-year old Teri Hatcher ha regained her former stardom, thanks to her role on the popular television series Desperate Housewives. But sometime between her role on Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and Housewives, it seems that Teri may have had a lower and possible upper blepharoplasty on her eyelids.
While always beautiful, Teri used to have a slightly haggard appearance, thanks to some puffy lower eyelids and droopy upper eyelids. The sagging skin looks to have disappeared, leaving Teri with a tightened up, if somewhat cat-like appearance.
Board certified Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “Teri Hatcher’s eyes do have a slight operated look. However, removal of fat pockets and tightening of the skin is not always a bad thing.”
On the other hand, better makeup could be responsible for Teri’s tighter look.
Miami Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “It doesn’t appear that Terri Hatcher has had surgery on her lower eyelids. She has a little bit of creping (loose, thin skin) under her eyes that would have been corrected by a Lower Blepharoplasty.”
Dr. Paul A. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, California says, “Teri Hatcher may have had lower eyelid surgery performed. If any surgery was performed, the look of her eyes is natural and does not appear overdone.”
If Teri has been under the knife for eyelid surgery, it may not be her first trip. The actress is also suspected of having a nose job (rhinoplasty), and cheek implants.
Although she hasn’t admitted to plastic surgery, she has admitted to having some fillers as well as Botox injected.
“In the past, I’ve had Botox and collagen,” Hatcher has also been quoted by Daily Express newspaper as saying: “I don’t use Botox or Restylane and I’ve never had any surgery. A male friend in the fashion industry once asked me, ‘Why is make-up any different to getting Botox?’ I said I didn’t think it was a fair comparison, make-up is removable, it’s not permanent. But changing the natural chemical state of who you are? I’m not sure.”
Teri looks great and healthy and happy, likely because her plastic surgery was a success, making her popular and beautiful than ever before.
