There’s a reason Beyonce always manages to look glamorous and put together. It appears that glamour runs in the Knowles family as a recent photo of Beyonce and her mom Tina Knowles indicates. It may also indicate a common love of plastic surgery.

58-year old Tina Knowles has been designing gowns for Beyonce since she was an unknown performer. It also looks like she’s been designing her own look, complete with plenty of glitz and shine. To stay as sparkling smooth as her diva daughter, Tina likely uses Botox and fillers Restylane and Juvderm which eliminate wrinkles and plump the skin but require little plastic surgery recovery time, allowing her spend time with her family and run her fashion empire, House of Dereon.

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “This woman is gorgeous! At 58 years old she looks amazing.   There are signs that she has had Botox and Dermal Filler injections, which is only normal for her age.”
