Selita Ebanks’ modeling career blossomed when her bosom did, giving her the distinguishment of being the only Victoria’s Secret model known to have breast implants apart from Gisele Bundchen and Heidi Klum (see the related story on Heidi Klum’s Breast Implants).

Although she is just as well known for being previously engaged to Mariah Carey’s husband Nick Cannon (see Make Me Heal‘s story on Nick Cannon’s plastic surgery) as for being a supermodel, the 25-year old didn’t attract much notice until she had a breast augmentation sometime in the past couple of years. Selita’s breasts are very round and high and don’t seem to “jiggle” like natural breasts. There is also deep cleavage between them. These are all positive indications of breast implants on a small frame.

Now it now appears the rumor is fully confirmed. The skinny model has enhanced her breasts from a small A-cup to a C-cup, helping her join the ranks of supermodels with breast implants like Giselle Bundchen and Heidi Klum. Shortly after Selita sported her new breasts, she was allowed to wear the “Very Sexy” Holiday Fantasy Bra Set, which is covered with diamonds and rubies, at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show, further boosting her career and her boobs.

Although breast augmentation generally tops the list of plastic surgery procedures for models, rhinoplasty procedures are another favorite. Selita may have had a nose job at some point early in her career, as in some earlier photos, the end of her nose appears to be slightly rounder than its current more pinched and refined form. Plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif believes she had a rhinoplasty, saying that Selita, “Definitely had a rhinoplasty. It looks good. The tip and the nostrils have been narrowed. The dorsum [ridge] of the nose is also narrower. It’s natural and not to small.”

Now that Selita has a new bust, a new nose and a new man, New York Giants football player Osi Umenyiora, maybe Selita will be as lucky in love as she has been on the runway.

Oscar winning Aussie Nicole Kidman is often compared to a doll because of her perfectly porcelain complexion and completely flawless face, despite her appreciating age. To no one’s surprise, this look has been largely helped by a religious routine of Botox injections.

Although Make Me Heal typically writes about Nicole when she’s rumored to have another plastic surgery (read about Nicole Kidman’s plastic surgery profile), but this time we are pleased to report that Nicole seems to have stopped using Botox, at least for the duration of her pregnancy, allowing her natural grace and good looks to appear.

Previously, Nicole Kidman was seen with preternaturally arched eyebrows, which Plastic surgeon Anthony Youn explained as “the Botox Effect” on Kidman, saying, “I believe that this recent change is due to what I call the “Botox Brow.” Botox can be injected into the forehead and between the eyebrows to remove wrinkles there. While it is very effective in doing this, it can create a side effect of an overly arched eyebrow which can make the person look angry, or sinister. The look does seem to diminish with time. I think she looks better without the Botox.”

Everyone seems to agree that Nicole is better without the Botox, letting the radiance of pregnancy shine through. Dr. Youn reports, “Could it be that she had to quit Botox while she is pregnant? I think so. Botox injections can give a person what I call the ‘Botox brow.’ It is an overarching of the eyebrows that can give a somewhat sinister look. Botox does tend to wear off after 3-4 months, and [a recent photo] may be what Nicole looks like au naturel.”

Make Me Heal hopes that Nicole lessens up on the injectable fillers, even after her baby is born, because we like her ability to show emotion for the first time in years. We just hope that life in Botox withdrawal is not going to be too hard on this junkie.

Christina Aguilera is still hot enough to be on Maxim’s latest list of the 100 Hottest Women (see Make Me Heal’s story on Which of Maxim’s Top 10 Hottest Women Got Plastic Surgery). But has the new mother gotten some plastic surgery help her get back into pre-pregnancy shape?

UsWeekly has reported that 27-year old Christina has dropped 40 pounds of baby weight in the months since her son Max was born, leading Make Me Heal to wonder if Christina’s quick ability to bounce back is due more to a plastic surgery mommy makeover than to dedicated diet and exercise.

Christina Aguilera may have gotten liposuction right after giving birth to her son to help her more quickly regain her pre-pregnancy shape. If she did go under the knife, it would likely be one of those quick downtime liposuction procedures such as Smartlipo, Vaser LipoSelection, or CoolLipo. She may have also gotten her skin tightened and cellulite reduced with Velasmooth, which is the same type of procedure that Kim Kardashian and her sisters recently had (read about Kim Kardashian’s Plastic Surgery). Christina’s notoriously large breasts reportedly grew to a gargantuan E-cup during her pregnancy, according to the singer, and are still looking so full and high that she may need to have a breast lift in the near future.

Besides breast implants, the new mommy is rumored to have gotten a nose job and lip injections to help enhance her career.

Christina definitely has Make Me Heal’s vote for hottest mom of the year.

Political satire War, Inc. just got released last week and the all-star cast got Make Me Heal wondering about which stars have had work done.

Veteran brother and sister actors, John, 41, and Joan Cusack, 44, both appear in the film, looking tired and older and more in need in of sprucing up than having had work done, although John’s nose does look slightly more refined than it did in his youth, signaling a possible nose job.

According to Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, California, “Joan and John Cusack both look older, especially around the eyes. John now has bags around his lower eyes. It doesn’t look like they have had work done.” But plastic surgeon John Di Saia detects a nose job on John.

To combat the aging appearance around the eyes, the Cusacks may want to explore eyelid surgery, known as blepharoplasty, which can be performed on both the upper and lower lids to lose the bags and loose skin that makes eyes appear tired and old.

43-year old actress Marisa Tomei also appears in the film and it doesn’t look like she’s had any plastic surgery. She most likely has an extensive skincare regimen and may also indulge in non-surgical facial procedures like Thermage or laser treatments like Fraxel or ActiveFx. She may also use injections such as Restylane, Juvederm, and Botox which help get rid of fine lines and wrinkles that add to an aged appearance.

At 20, Hillary Duff is the youngest member of the War, Inc cast by decades. Hillary famously had her teeth capped with veneers that many thought were too large and she may have had a nose job to make her look older and more refined. There is also a rumor of Hillary Duff having gotten breast implants that is unconfirmed (read the full story on Hillary Duff’s Breast Implants). Whether or not the young starlet has made any changes to her appearance, Make Me Heal agrees with Dr. Nassif when he says, “Hillary Duff looks good.”

The cast of War, Inc. is rounded out by veteran actors Ben Kingsley and Dan Ackroyd who don’t appear to have had any work done to improve their appearances.

The eagerly awaited Sex & the City movie, based on the popular television series is finally hitting theaters this week. Rumor has it that the film takes place a few years after the series ended, leading Make Me Heal to wonder what the actresses have done by way of plastic surgery to maintain their good looks.

Make Me Heal has previously reported on Sarah Jessica Parker’s potential nose job (read the full story on Sarah Jessica Parker’s nose job) after we noticed that her nose doesn’t seem nearly as bulbous as it did when the 43-year old actress began her career. plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif believes “As compared to a photo where she’s a lot younger, it does appear that Sarah Jessica Parker’s nose is a lot thinner now. It appears that her nostrils have been reduced and, as well as her tip, and her complete nasal width has been narrowed. Her nose looks natural at this point, and overall her rhinoplasty appears to look very good on her.” However, as the actress has grown into her fashionista self, it is also possible that skills with flattering make-up have helped reduce the prominence of her nose through make up alone.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn was not sure about Sarah Jessica Parker’s rhinoplasty, saying “This is a tough one. It looks like she may have had a rhinoplasty to thin her nose and make it more elegant, but when I’ve seen her over the last few years, her nose is pretty prominent. It is too ‘normal’ looking to be a nice rhinoplasty result. There is a bulbous tip and a bump on the nose which would not likely be left after a good rhinoplasty.”

Mr. Big, played by 53-year old Chris Noth is the man in SJP’s Carrie Bradshaw’s life. Their off-screen lives of the actors may also be intertwined as well, as it seems that, like SJP, Chris has also had a rhinoplasty. Before his nose job, his nose was a little on the big side and it is now much narrower, from bridge to tip. His nostrils have a much more pinched look, whereas before they used to be round. Make Me Heal thinks a lower blepharoplasty should be his next move, as Chris is carrying some big bags under his eyes, which make him look old and sickly.

The other blonde female on the series, Kim Cattrall, has said she doesn’t want plastic surgery, but has openly admitted to having Botox injections to combat signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles. She was quoted as saying, “I feel fortunate that those aids are out there, but go easy on it. Less is more. I don’t want to look 20, or even 30. I’m happy to look middle 40s for as long as I can.” In the past, 51-year old Kim has also said she is frightened of plastic surgery asking, “Why would anyone lower themselves to look like an alien? I’m scared of surgery because I don’t want to look in the mirror and not recognize who’s looking back. I don’t want to be in a room, and to have people turn when I leave and say, ‘What happened?’” Although Kim has said that Botox is pretty much the extent of her cosmetic surgery, Make Me Heal believes that Cattrall has probably resorted to non-invasive laser procedures such as CoolTouch, Fraxel or ActiveFx or the radio frequency facial rejuvenation procedure Thermage. Cattrall probably also sampled other injections such as Restylane and Juvederm. Considering that Kim Cattrall is dating a 28 year old man at the moment, we would not be surprised to see Kim having a mini-facelift and some minimally invasive plastic surgeries. The only brunette of the Sex & the City foursome, Kristen Davis, has said that she will never undergo plastic surgery, fearing she will lose her unique looks by going under the knife. The 43-year old actress is quoted as saying, “If I could do it and look just like myself, I would do it. But I don’t think it works that way. You can’t go back. That’s what scares me. I don’t want to look better, but different.” Although Kristen doesn’t look her age yet, she may yet to decide to follow in the footsteps of her older costar, Kim Cattrall and get injectable fillers like Botox to combat signs of aging, which do not risk altering her unique appearance. She may also consider non-invasive laser treatments such as Fraxel or ActiveFx because they only improve the appearance of the skin, without altering one’s look in the way a poorly executed plastic surgery can.

The youngest cast member, at 42, Cynthia Nixon appears to be entirely untouched by plastic surgery. She recently admitted to have successfully battled breast cancer and looks none the worse for the wear. The most Make Me Heal can say is that the natural blonde looks a lot more stunning as the redheaded Miranda that made Cynthia famous. But Make Me Heal does suggest that she might want to start using non-invasive facial rejuvenation treatments to help with the signs of aging around her eyes and mouth that she is starting to experience.

Anna Nicole Smith was widely known for her love of plastic surgery. Now it looks as though the deceased model’s estranged half-sister, Donna Hogan, is following in her footsteps (read more about Anna Nicole’s plastic surgery).

40-something Donna Hogan has the same platinum blonde hair as her famous sister. She wears the same heavy make-up. Now she is also having the same plastic surgeries as Anna Nicole, beginning with a pair of breast implants.

While some may wonder if Donna is trying to replicate the success of Anna Nicole by going under the knife, Donna says in defense that she only “wants to feel better about herself like she (Anna) did” although she claims to not want to be a copy of her sister and that she is not going to get her breasts enlarged to Anna Nicole’s gargantuan proportions. Donna went from a small B-cup to a large D-cup, but still smaller than Anna Nicole. While under anesthesia, Donna also had liposuction performed on her hips and thighs for a more contoured appearance.

Although Donna has been open about her breast implants, Make Me Heal suspects that this is not her first experience with plastic surgery.

Donna’s nose is very tiny, and has a somewhat pinched tip and very narrow bridge, which are both indicators of a nose job. However, as her nostrils still appear somewhat flared, Make Me Heal does not consider the rhinoplasty a success.

Donna Hogan’s lips are also unusually full, which leads Make Me Heal to suspect that lip fillers like Restylane, Juvederm or collagen have been used to make the lips fuller and larger. She also uses a dark and heavy lip liner that enhances the oversized appearance of her lips and makes them appear to be unnaturally full.

Make Me Heal also noted Donna’s wrinkle free complexion, which is unusual for a middle-aged woman. To eliminate the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, an injectable filler, like Botox is often used frown lines, forehead furrows, “crow’s feet,” lines and wrinkles of the lower face, and even nasal muscles. Injectable fillers are not permanent and the procedure must be repeated every few months.

Although Donna feels that she is now ready to replace Anna Nicole in Playboy magazine, Make Me Heal still thinks she has a real long ways to go before being nearly as stunning as her deceased sister.

When Maxim Magazine came out with their annual list of the 100 Hottest Women around, Make Me Heal decided to look at their top 10 picks and see who was a natural beauty and who had help from plastic surgery. What we discovered was that many of these women have previous histories on the Make Me Heal celebrity plastic surgery radar.

1. Marisa Miller

Maxim’s number one pick, 29-year old Sports Illustrated model Marissa Miller has bizarrely large breasts for such a slight frame, leading Make Me Heal to believe that the American beauty has a breast augmentation. She also has the perfectly tiny nose with a rounded tip that is common for people who have undergone a rhinoplasty. Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia agrees, saying that Marissa has had a nose job, breast implants and a possible breast lift.

2. Scarlett Johansson

23-year old actress Scarlett Johansson is often at the center of speculation as to whether or not she has had breast implants or a nose job. Make Me Heal has always maintained that Scarlett’s nose is real despite allegations of US Weekly that Scarlett has gotten a nose job (read more about Make Me Heal’s analysis of Scarlett Johansson’s nose job rumor), which led to the actress suing the tabloid magazine. However, Make Me Heal has yet to make up its mind about whether Scarlett’s copious breasts are augmented or natural. 3. Jessica Biel

Although 26-year old actress Jessica Biel’s body is often the center of focus, Jessica’s face is where all the plastic surgery has been done. Make Me Heal has previously reported on Jessica’s nose job and Jessica’s lip augmentation and plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia also suspects she may have had other possible facial rejuvenation procedures. 4. Eva Longoria Parker

33-year old actress and newlywed Eva Longoria Parker (read about plastic surgery At Eva Longoria’s wedding) appears to be a nearly natural beauty, and has stated she would not have any plastic surgery because of her fear of needles: “It’s not that I’m against people who do it, but I’m terrified of needles,” she told Maxim. “I’ve seen those shows with the operations. The sound of the chisel! Aaah! I almost passed out. No thank you. Egg white omelets, some exercise and some eye cream is fine for now.” The only problem is that it appears that Eva may have gotten some Restylane injections in her lips and possible Botox to smooth out surface wrinkles and lines. 5. Sarah Michelle Gellar

31-year old actress Sarah Michelle Gellar looks as if the only thing that has changed since her days on television’s Buffythe Vampire Slayer is her nose. It no longer has an asymmetrical bulge at the end and is instead much rounder and pleasing to the eye. Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia agrees, saying that the actress looks as if she has had a rhinoplasty since the earlier picture.

6. Elisha Cuthbert

25-year old actress Elisha Cuthbert is relatively new to the Hollywood scene and so it is hard to determine whether or not this beauty is natural or not, although her full lips could be the result of a lip augmentation, using fillers like Restylane or Juvederm, which tend to be popular with young actresses.

7. Eva Mendes

34-year old actress Eva Mendes appears to be a natural beauty, and at least thus far, is against plastic surgery. She has reportedly said, “No, not for me. That’s a brutal operation. Very invasive. I’m really into the subconscious, you know? I wonder if they can hear the doctors talking about you when you lie there. Because you’re out, but you’re still alive. 8. Christina Aguilera

A former Disney sensation, 27-year old singer Christina Aguilera sports ridiculously large breast implants (read about Christina Aguilera’s breast implants). The new mother may have also had a rhinoplasty (nose job) at some point, but plastic surgeons Dr. John Di Saia and Dr. Anthony Youn both agree with Make Me Heal’s opinion of Christina Aguilera’s overly busty bosom. Incidentally, Christina Aguilera also made it to Make Me Heal’s Top Ten Celebrity Breast Implants list.

9. Lindsay Lohan

21-year old actress and sometimes singer is also a former Disney diva who has breast implants that augmented her by a good one or two cup sizes (read more about Lindsay Lohan’s breast augmentation). Lindsay is rumored to have gotten her first breast augmentation when she turned 17. Some sources say that Lohan subsequently had a second breast augmentation to improve her breasts and achieve a more “natural” look. Responding to these rumors, Lindsay said that she was a late bloomer who happened to develop her chest at 17.

“I developed very late in high school. When I was 16, I still had baby fat. I didn’t get my chest until I was 17, so that made me feel insecure. I used to feel like I had to stuff my bra,” said Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay also often uses lip injections and may have gotten a nose job.

10. Ashley Tisdale

The most recent product of the Disney machine, 22-year old singer and actress Ashley Tisdale has been open about her rhinoplasty, which she says was for medical reasons to fix a deviated septum caused by a fractured nose when she was a teen (read Make Me Heal story on Ashley Tisdale’s nose job). The only problem is that following her corrective medical surgery, Tisdale reappeared without some of the imperfections of her former nose, leading some to speculate that she had a cosmetic nose job following the deviated septum correction. Tisdale’s bridge has narrowed and the tip is rounder, leaving room for speculation about a second surgery possibly to correct any undesirable outcomes of the first surgery. Tisdale adamantly denies having any work done that was not medically necessary, “It’s ridiculous. I’m not for plastic surgery. I’m not going to get another surgery. I can promise you that.”

Although not all of Maxim’s choices would find their way to a list that we would compile, we can’t deny the beauty of some of the young women on the list, surgically enhanced or not.

Gorgeous young actress Megan Fox got a lot of hits on popular gossip sites when paparazzi photographed her topless on the set of an upcoming film. But when Make Me Heal saw the pictures, we wondered if the 21-year old blue-eyed beauty had returned to the plastic surgeon’s office for a breast augmentation.

Megan’s breasts are small, so if she does have implants they are very small and appear to be rather natural. It is hard to tell from the nude photos as there are many obstructions in the way, but they do appear to have the perfectly round high riding form of breast implants. On the other hand, she is young enough that they should still be perky and they fall slightly to the sides, like natural breasts, so it is again difficult to determine. In the picture of Megan in a fancy dress, her breasts do appear to be the unfortunate results of a breast augmentation as they are very separated and look more like cones stuck to her chest than breasts. But because of their small size, it is again difficult to tell. Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia is also uncertain of whether or not Megan has had a breast augmentation telling Make Me Heal, “Maybe; but if she did, she went small, which makes it hard to tell.”

It has been almost twenty years since Indiana Jones and his crew took on the big screen. With a new movie, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, hitting theatres this week, Make Me Heal decided to see whether or not any of the old and new cast members had undergone plastic surgery in the meanwhile.

Harrison Ford’s adventuring archaeologist alter-ego Indiana Jones is known for his rugged good looks. Make Me Heal thinks that Harrison has preserved his rugged good looks the natural way although his skin and muscles are starting to loosen, so he might want to consider tightening up for his next movie role. Plastic surgeons, Dr. John Di Saia and Dr. Paul Nassif agree with our assessment saying that he most likely hasn’t had any plastic surgery, but is beginning to look his age and would benefit from a turn at the scalpel. Make Me Heal thinks that if 65-year old Harrison continues to date much younger actress 43-year old Calista Flockhart and her possibly augmented lips, he will continue to look old enough to be her father without some plastic surgery procedures, like a facelift for the jowls along his jawline and crepey neck, a blepharoplasty to remove the pockets of fat under his eyes and the hooding over the top of his eyes, and some Botox, Restylane or Juvederm to iron out some of the tapestry of deep furrows on his forehead, nasolabial folds, and crows feet.

Harrison Ford seems like he subscribes to the old school philosophy of fellow actors Jack Nicholson and Robert De Niro whose acting chops are as youthful as ever, but who insist on aging gracefully and will likely never have plastic surgery. Harrison and the above-named celebrities are iconic actors whose unique, trademark looks could be affected by going under the knife, as if they end up looking different post-surgery despite the results being aesthetically great, this could ruin their careers. This is probably why actors like Harrison are less inclined to want to mess with their career-making faces. But even if Harrison does not want to risk altering his look with an invasive procedure, there are low-downtime laser treatments (i.e. Fraxel, Palomar’s Starluxe, CoolTouch, and Active Fx) that can improve the texture of his skin without putting him at risk of looking different. The same goes for temporary dermal fillers like Botox or Restylane, which will not change Harrison’s look in the bit, but relax some of his wrinkles.

Fans of the original Indiana Jones adventure have been looking forward to seeing actress Karen Allen reprise her role as the feisty Marion Ravenwood. Although Karen hasn’t been seen in much, she remains a legend in her own right. But Make Me Heal suspects that between movies, Allen has had plastic surgery in the form a nose job and plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif agrees, saying Allen’s “pinched nose is indicative of a bad rhinoplasty.” Make Me Heal is looking forward to Allen’s appearance in the film, but does wish she hadn’t messed with her nose as it looked fine before and now looks overdone.

The femme fatale in the new movie will be played by the 39-year old, Oscar winning actress Cate Blanchett, who has repeatedly been firm on her anti-plastic surgery stance, saying that she would not undergo plastic surgery.

“I see someone’s face, someone’s body who has had children, and I think they’re the song lines of your experience, and why would you want to eradicate that?”, says Blanchett. As plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn reported at Cate’s Oscar appearance, “She has been blessed with great genes, which have caused the 37 year old actress to age very gracefully.” But don’t be fooled by Cate’s stance on plastic surgery, as she most likely has had some sort of help in looking so good, including laser treatments and peels.

“Her skin is nearly flawless, and may be aided by top-of-the-line skin care products, chemical peels, and lunchtime laser treatments,” says Youn.

Finally, it comes with no surprise that the 21-year old Shia LeBeouf has not gotten any plastic surgery, although it’s quite likely that his current girlfriend, model Lauren Hastings may have gotten a nose job or will be getting a boob job.

Along with the rest of the action adventure movie loving fans, Make Me Heal looks forward to Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, hitting theaters this week and spotting old and new members of the cast.

In the youth-obsessed Hollywood, too much attention is given to young starlets. Make Me Heal decided to look at the plastic surgery secrets behind enduring beauties Helen Mirren and Julie Chrisite who continue to shine and look better each year.

Last year, Make Me Heal reported on Best Actress winner Helen Mirren and her gradual approach to facial rejuvenation that have allowed her to appear to age gracefully and naturally. At last year’s Oscar ceremony, Helen Mirren appeared to have aged gracefully, although Make Me Heal suspects a subtle facelift and necklift to have enhanced her beauty (read the full story on Helen Miren’s Facelift). She appears to have remained untouched and fabulous at this year’s Oscars ceremony and plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif agrees with us, “Helen Mirren looks great.” However, he did have some suggestions for the aging beauty, “She obviously could use Botox for her frown, forehead lines and crow’s feet. An intense pulse laser (IPL) would be great to “Freshen-Up” her skin also prior to the Oscars. A lip filler would be fantastic to improve her lips.” Make Me Heal noted the lines and agrees with Dr. Nassif’s surgical suggestion to help freshen her eyes, “Surgically, an upper blepharoplasty would freshen up her eyes.”

As we know that Helen Mirren is not adverse to plastic surgery, we hope she takes some of the suggestions to heart and continue to keep her best face forward.

Julie Christie is another actress that has had a successful history with plastic surgery (read a previous story on Julie Christie’s Plastic Surgery confessions). She has admitted to having jaw work done and Make Me Heal applauds the results, as does plastic surgeon Dr. Nassif, “Julie Christie looks fantastic. She is aging gracefully and possibly had lower facelift that has natural results.”

That’s not to say that Julie can’t still improve, as Dr. Nassif reminds, “Women her age need to focus on their skin and possibly consider some procedures to eyebrow and face, like an eyelid and face lift for a natural, rested appearance.”

Like Helen Mirren, Dr. Nassif says, “Julie could definitely benefit from an endoscopic brow lift and upper blepharoplasty to rejuvenate her eye and brow region.”

These timeless beauties are successful examples of how even the beautiful still need a little help.
