Stylist Rachel Zoe has become as famous as the clients she dresses, appearing at red carpet events everywhere. So everyone noticed when the skinny blonde took a page from her clients and began getting Botox injections.

At 37, Rachel Zoe is one of the busiest women in Hollywood, appearing on TV shows and even having her own reality series, The Rachel Zoe project. In addition to her public appearances, she manages to find time to dress celebrity clients like Nicole Richie and Molly Sims, among others, and always has a new project or feature she is lending her opinion to. With all that on her plate, it is no wonder that the skinny blonde developed some deep premature wrinkles.

But what is amazing is that she managed to make them disappear, thanks to some clever Botox injections, especially in her forehead. In the future, Rachel may also want to consider using fillers for her deeper wrinkles, and having a mini-facelift in the future couldn’t hurt either.

Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “Rachel Zoe has definitely benefited from Botox Cosmetic in her forehead, glabella and crow’s feet. Even with the Botox Cosmetic, she has static wrinkles, which may resolve with time or with dermal fillers. She may benefit from some fillers for fat grafting to her cheeks and nasolabial fold was well.”

Dr. Paul S. Nassif, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Spalding Drive Cosmetic Surgery said, “Rachel’s forehead and frown lines are softer but slightly present. She looks natural and probably still has forehead movement. She may have also had some fillers in her smile lines, such as Juvederm or Perlane. A Mini-facelift may also do her wonders.”

Rachel may have had other procedures as well, like laser skin resurfacing.

Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia says, “I’d bet she’s had some skin care perhaps a laser re-surfacing. She’s had a nice wrinkle reduction. Hopefully she doesn’t smoke or they will be back soon.”

Some of Rachel’s newly smooth forehead may also be due to more invasive plastic surgery, like a browlift.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrell J. Aston said, “After reviewing picture of Rachel Zoe it is clear to me that she was exhibiting signs of premature aging. Some patients start to see these early signs as a result from smoking, eating disorders, sun damage or bad genetics.  Ms. Zoe’s photographs reveal an unmistakable before and after distinction that is not just from Botox. While Botox might have played a part in her makeover I believe she had a brow lift too. Her surgeon did a wonderful job to improve her looks.”

Botox is a favorite amongst Hollywood’s acting elite and it seems the adviser may have become the advisee and gone to a great plastic surgeon to have the injections done, without looking too frozen.

If you were a fan of Saved by the Bell back in the day, it seems you were not alone. Late Night’s new host Jimmy Fallon apparently is the show’s number 1 fan and has even put together a petition for a reunion. As the possibility of a reunion show begins to look more promising, Make Me Heal takes a look at the stars of the show and their possible plastic surgery.

Mark-Paul Gosselaar was the center of the show, and his role as Zack Morris made him a part of television history. Now 35, Mark-Paul looks eerily the same as he did when the show was at the height of popularity, leading many to believe he’s had plastic surgery, or dabbled in Botox at the very least. On the other hand, Mark-Paul could be all natural.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrell J. Aston says, “ I do not think that Mr. Gosselaar has had any plastic surgery procedures. He has been fortunate enough to maintain his natural good looks over the years and still looks very youthful. I believe he has maintained a good weight, diet and lifestyle to achieve this. In the future he might want to consider Botox for his forehead and crows feet.”

Mark-Paul made a recent appearance on the Jimmy Fallon show in full Zack Morris character, despite having a successful television career since Saved by the Bell ended. With his bleached blonde hair and tanned-looking skin, it seems that Mark-Paul has had Botox injections, giving him a smoothed forehead and arched eyebrows.

Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr Jennifer Walden says, “Mark-Paul Gosselaar has some normal signs of male facial aging such as a receding hairline and lower set brows. The possibility exists that he has had Botox to help make his forehead smooth. He also has on makeup in some of the photos which makes him look a little unnatural.”

New York plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “Mark-Paul does not look like he has done any invasive plastic surgery.  I suspect he has Botox on board since it forehead it much longer, brows are lower and the skin just as smooth as it was 15 years ago.

Zack’s long-time love interest on the show, Kelly Kapowski, played by the sexy Tiffani-Amber Thiessen, looks like she may have also gone under the knife.

At 35, Tiffani has only improved with time, and has enhanced her natural beauty with a possible breast augmentation and smoothed away the wrinkles of time with some Botox or a mini-browlift.

Dr. Walden says, “Tiffani Amber Thiessen looks like she has had breast augmentation and now has arched eyebrows and wide eyes, possibly from a mini browlift or Botox.”

Dr. Shafer says, “Tiffani likely has Botox treatments and possible cheek fillers.  However, it is hard to tell if anything else has been done. “

Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrell J. Aston says, “In my opinion Tiffani Amber Thiessen indeed had plastic surgery. Based on her photos is appears that she has undergone Breast Augmentation and Rhinoplasty. She could also be using filler such as Restylane and or Juvederm.”

Another member of the attractive cast is 36-year old Mario López. Mario is often rumored to have gone under the knife, but the muscle bound hunk who currently hosts entertainment shows and has been on Dancing with the Stars may owe his good looks to healthy living more than good plastic surgery.

Dr. David Shafer says, “Mario does not look like he has had any invasive plastic surgery.  He obviously keeps in shape and it has done his body well.”

Dr. Walden says, “Mario Lopez is on DWTS. Many say he may have gone under the knife, however from comparing the before and after pictures, Mario seems to just be aging gracefully. He also may have lost some weight.”

Dr. Aston also noted Mario’s excellent physique, saying, “I think that Mario Lopez looks very good and is a fine example of what consistent good exercise and diet can lead to. His face has matured and when he lost some of his baby fat it reveled a nice high cheekbone. Mr. Lopez is a handsome man and I believe he is aging very well.”

Others members of the cast, including Showgirl Elizabeth Berkley may have also undergone plastic surgery.

After Saved by the Bell, 37-year old Elizabeth Berkley broke free of her role as feminist Jessie Spano by appearing in Showgirls, a role for which she may have undergone a breast augmentation. Elizabeth’s face has also taken on a very smooth appearance in recent years, indicating the user of dermal fillers and Botox and she has also been rumored to have had a nose job to help her break free of her Showgirls past.

Dr.  Shafer says, “After viewing the pictures, I suspect that Elizabeth has had some nose work, but it is hard to tell for sure.  In some views, her neck appears thinner as well, which may indicate some liposuction was performed. “

Dr. Aston says, “Elizabeth Berkley is beautiful woman and is aging very well. It is possible that she is using Botox and micro-dermabrasion to keep her face looking so good. It is also possible the she underwent Breast Augmentation Surgery based on her before and after photographs.”

Lark Voorhies, who played Lisa Turtle is now 36 and has never been quite as in the spotlight as during her Saved by the Bell days. Make Me Heal thinks the actress is aging nicely and without the benefit of plastic surgery.

Dr. Shafer says, “From the photos I have seen, it appears that Lark may have had alar base resection of her nose and has a touch of Botox.  However, I would need to see more photos to tell for sure.”

According to Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, Calif., “It looks as though Lark may have had an ethnic rhinoplasty. If she did, it looks very natural.”

As for Dustin Diamond, who played the nerdy Screech on the series, he has likely not had plastic surgery, although he may have wanted to in order to prepare for his self-released sex tape. Dustin has also struggled with his weight as he is no longer the scrawny Screech, a fact he illustrated on a season of Celebrity Fit Club.

Dr. Shafer says, “Dustin does not look like he has had any invasive plastic surgery either.  He also looks like he has Botox on board since his brows are low and spread laterally and his forehead is smooth.  If he wants suggestions, he may benefit from a cosmetic rhinoplasty.”

Dr. Nassif says, “Most of the Saved by the Bell cast have not had any surgery or Botox.”

While Saved by the Bell wasn’t the best show ever, Make Me Heal looks forward to seeing the whole gang back together for a reunion for nostalgic reasons.

After noticing that Stacey Dash still looks as good as she did in her star-making role back in the mid ‘90s, Make Me Heal wondered if Stacey Dash is doing like the other cool kids in La La Land and dabbling in plastic surgery.

Best known for her role as Dionne in 1995’s film Clueless, Stacey Dash looks just as stunning at the age of 43 as she did playing a high school student at a fashion-obsessed Beverly Hills high school. Like one of the of the characters in the film, it seems that Stacey may have a rhinoplasty in her plastic surgery past, leaving her with a small button nose with an unusually shaped tip.

Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia says, “At some point she had her nose done. It was either done poorly or was a hard one. It is hard to tell.”

Stacey looks like she works hard to maintain her stunning body. Her firm abs and toned arm don’t appear to be result of liposuction treatments, but rather dedication and hard work.

Stacey’s face also looks to be untouched by invasive anti-aging procedures, although she likely gets Botox injections to help with wrinkles around her eyes and in the forehead region.

Dr. Paul S. Nassif, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Spalding Drive Cosmetic Surgery said, “Stacey is absolutely beautiful. I think she is extremely natural and hasn’t had any major plastic surgery. She may have had some Botox or lip fillers, but I think that may be it. Cheers to Stacey.”

Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrell J. Aston said, “I think that Ms. Dash looks very good. It is incredible how she has hardly aged since her first movie. It is possible that she may have had some plastic surgery procedures over the years although they are very natural. Her good looks appear to be a combination of genes, diet and exercise and perhaps surgery.”

Oftentimes, the only real symptoms of aging on a woman who takes good care of herself are in the hands. Hands are overused and so signs of age, even if the rest of the body remains in good or great condition, like Stacey. Luckily, fat grafting can help with this area.

Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “Stacey Dash looks great for 43. However, the hands are the sign of aging and she may want to consider fat grafting to her hands to help camouflage her age. She does not look like she had any invasive plastic surgery on her face, but likely has Botox Cosmetic on board.”

While Stacey has done many projects through the years, she still looks Dionne to Make Me Heal, the best-dressed sidekick ever.

Some rather unflattering photos of new mother Ashlee Simpson-Wentz recently surfaced, leading many to speculate as to whether or not the actress has had even more plastic surgery.

At 25, Ashlee Simpson, the younger sister of Jessica Simpson has become better known for changing her appearance than she has for her entertainment talents.

Ashlee started her transformations by changing her hair color, from blonde to brunette and now she is sporting a shade of red. When haircolor wasn’t enough to set her apart from her big sister, Jessica, Ashlee began visiting a plastic surgeon to help her be different. Ashlee’s first plastic surgery procedure was likely a rhinoplasty, although she was notoriously mum on the subject of a nose job for sometime (Read Make Me Heal’s story on Ashlee Simpson’s nose job). Shortly thereafter, more cosmetic procedure rumors began to surface as Ashlee continued to change and refine her look. They included: lip plumping, an endoscopic brow lift and a chin reduction.

After that, Ashlee’s face began to appear to be slightly frozen, leading to speculation that Ashlee Simpson may be one of the youngest people ever to use Botox injections for cosmetic purposes (See Make Me Heal’s story on Ashlee Simpson’s Botox Injections).

Now more pictures have surfaced that seem to indicate Ashlee has continued to change her appearance, having a chin implant placed (which is commonly done with a nose job) as well as used additional facial fillers and Botox injections.

According to Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, Calif., “In addition to bad makeup, it looks like Ashlee’s chin is slightly broader than it used to be, leading to suspicion that a chin implant was placed in an attempt to create a softer look. Chin implants are often used when rhinoplasties are performed to balance out the face with the nose, which leads us to scrutinize the nose. From only the front angle, it’s difficult to say if anything else has been done to the nose, it looks like the tip and columella of Ashlee’s nose has been lifted up ever so slightly when compared to previous sightings. Even though a profile photograph is not present, from previous photos her hump has been reduced and the surgeon did an excellent job.”

New York plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “Ashlee Simpson had a dramatic transformation several years back when she had her much needed rhinoplasty. Unfortunately, the most recent photo of her is scary. She appears to have asymmetric and overzealous injections of her lips, asymmetric brows, squareness of her chin, a new distortion to her nose and deer-in-the-headlight eyes. I agree, she should have left well enough alone. “

In addition to bad lighting and excessive make-up, Ashlee’s recent photos reveal a bizarre expression, likely caused by too much facial work. In fact, Ashlee’s overdone face have caused many to express concern for her.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrrell J. Aston says, “I believe that Ashlee Simpson should stop having plastic surgery and fillers otherwise she might be left with permanent damage. She is very young and already has undergone several procedures such as chin implant and rhinoplasty. Based on a recent photo she appears to have excessive filler in her mouth and even in her jowel area. It also looks like she might have had too much of Botox to her forehead and eye area. In addition to these procedures she appears to be malnourished and therefore has a sunken look. I hope that she gets the help that she needs.”

While Make Me Heal enjoys following the ever evolving looks of celebrities like Ashlee Simpson, we wish Ashlee would save some work for later, when she is old enough to actually have wrinkles to need Botox injections for.

Kim Kardashian’s sister, Khloe, has notoriously battled with her weight. So it was nice to see her proudly proclaiming her weight loss to the world. But given the Kardashian family’s history of plastic surgery, Make Me Heal couldn’t help but wonder if the weight loss was really the result of exercise, or the result of liposuction.

25-year old Khloe says that she has lost 20 pounds after spending half an hour each day on cardio exercise. She has also begun to watch what she eats.

According to Khloe’s talk with Usmagazine.com, “I try to do just 30 minutes of cardio, mandatory.”

“I eat whatever I want until noon. Then from noon on, I watch what I eat.”

Given the Kardashian clan’s history of turning to plastic surgery, Make Me Heal thinks it is likely that Khloe’s weight loss is also due to some liposuction as well. (See Make Me Heal’s story on the Kardashians’ plastic surgeries and Khloe Kardashian’s plastic surgery).

Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia says, “Khloe’s weight loss may be a bit of both exercise and liposuction.”

Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrell J. Aston said, “I wish Khloe Kardashian all the best with her recent weight loss. I hope that she is able to maintain a healthy weight and stay consistent with her diet and exercise. The pressure to be thin in Hollywood can be very detrimental to one’s health because Yo-yo dieting can have long-term side effects. I hope that Ms. Kardashian lost the weight safely with her doctor’s support.”

While Khole’s weight loss may be a combination of techniques, she’ll still have to work hard to keep the weight off.

New York plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “It is hard to tell if Khloe Kardashian has slimed down due to natural weight loss or to liposuction. However, in either case, she needs to maintain good nutrition and have an aggressive exercise regimen to keep from putting the weight back on.”

Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden said, “Khloe has said she lost approximately 20 lbs from diet and exercise. From recent pictures she looks like she lost weight uniformly so that it consistent with her explanation about exercising. She may have had or may contemplate having liposuction to treat stubborn areas after she has reached her ideal weight. A deep tan and her long straight hair also tend to give a slimmer appearance.”

It seems that Kardashians have taken a new interest in exercise as Kim recently came out with a line of exercise videos and Khloe announced that she and Kim are about to introduce a new diet product.

After many rumors, it seems that the stars of TLC reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8 have finally called it quits. It seems that even plastic surgery couldn’t save their marriage and in the latest twist of fate, it seems that Jon is dating his soon to be ex-wife’s plastic surgeon’s daughter Hailey Glassman.

Tabloids have been speculating about the 22-year old blonde who has lured Jon away from his over-sized family. Some have said that she didn’t make the cut for reality show auditions and so found her own path to fame. But now it seems that Jon has closer connection to Hailey Glassman, the young lady who accompanied him on a recent trip to the French Riviera: her father is the plastic surgeon who performed Kate’s tummy tuck (See Make Me Heal’s story on Jon & Kate Gosselins’ plastic surgeries).

Legend has it that Lauren Glassman was watching an early season of the reality show and commiserated with Kate about her post-sextuplet baby. She then asked her husband, plastic surgeon Dr. Lawrence Glassman to contact Kate about offering her a tummy tuck. And now it seems that Jon is dating the Glassman offspring in a storyline straight from a soap opera.

Jon also spent his time under the knife, undergoing hair transplants, which probably helped him look young enough to appeal to 22-year old Hailey.

Although Mary Steenburgen is often overlooked, she is also one of America’s most stunning and talented actresses. Remarkably enough, Mary’s sexiness may not be entirely due to plastic surgery.

Mary Steenburgen rose to fame with her Lynda Dummar in Melvin and Howard (1980) for which she won Oscar for Best Actress in a Supporting Role. Since then, she has made quite a career for herself, with roles in both Indie and mainstream films, with the most recent being an appearance in the Sandra Bullock/Ryan Reynolds rom-com, The Proposal. At 56, Mary remains a stunning woman who shows minimal signs of plastic surgery. While Mary may not have been under the knife like many of her peers who have begun to look plastic as they age, she does look to be dabbling in Botox, Hollywood’s favorite injectable. Moreover, it’s quite possible that she’s had a breast lift and breast implants to keep her breasts perky.

She is in excellent physical condition, has good skin quality and I think her Botox is appropriate. I think that she would be a good candidate for a lower facelift and neck lift in the future.”

Since 1995, Mary has been married to actor Ted Danson, best known for his role as Sam Malone on the popular sitcom Cheers. While Ted’s hair has turned white since his days doling out advice behind the bar, Mary has been keeping herself young and refreshed and looks all the better for her efforts.

Mary is a perfect example of how beautiful a woman can be at any age, especially with a hit or two of Botox.

Karen Mulder was one of the top models of the 90s, posing alongside Tyra Banks and Helena Christensen and earning her super model status. But somewhere along the line Karen stumbled on her path and took too many trips to the plastic surgeon, rather than the mental healthcare professional she should have been visiting for less money.

Reports place Karen at anywhere from 39-41 years old. Since the 1990’s she has been in and out of hospitals, undergoing numerous plastic surgeries, which Make Me Heal thinks includes a possible rhinoplasty, brow lift, facelift and cheek implants. She has likely also undergone a breast augmentation as well. While Karen was likely going for a young, smooth look, the results seem to be overly plasticized.

Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “It is my understanding that it was not a true plastic surgeon who treated Karen Mulder. Rather, it was an “aesthetic specialist,” which could be just about anyone. It is hard to tell what she would want “reversed.” It could be anything from Botox to breast implants to labiaplasty - no one knows.”

According to Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, California “Sadly supermodel Karen Mulder now has an unnatural look after what looks like a brow lift, facelift, and possible cheek implants. The corners of her lip appear to be pulled wider and there is dimpling, which is suggestive of a facelift “being pulled in a lateral direction”, likely caused from a facelift being a tad too tight. It’s possible cheek implants were placed which is often done to achieve a more youthful look, but unfortunately in Karen, her surgery was a bit too aggressive losing a natural look.”

Along with spending time in the hospital for cosmetic work, Karen has also been treated for depression and anorexia and was hospitalized in 2002 after a possible suicide attempt. Since the birth of her daughter in 2006, Karen has also returned to the catwalk, appearing in a show for high fashion house Dior.

But Karen’s latest claim to fame is somewhat less auspicious, as she reportedly made threatening phone calls to her plastic surgeon, who had reportedly refused to reverse an operation.

A detective said: “She was screaming and shouting about the operation and became extremely threatening.”

“There were repeated calls to the female surgeon who was extremely scared. The suspect is being interviewed.”

Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrrell J. Aston offers practical advice for the disturbed beauty. “Ex-Supermodel Karen Mulder was recently arrested for threatening her plastic surgeon. Her most recent behavior isn’t a surprise to most who know her personally as she had been unstable for many years. A short time ago she had attempted suicide and had been committed to mental institution. I would advise against any further surgery for her or anyone who is mentally unstable.”

Make Me Heal wishes Karen Mulder better mental health in the future and thinks that plastic surgeons may want to stay away from this special case.

Anna Faris is one of the funniest actresses around today. But there’s also something funny about the way her appearance has been changing lately and Make Me Heal thinks it’s due to plastic surgery.

After becoming a star after making her Hollywood debut in the Wayans brothers’ Scary Movie, the now 32-year old actress appears to have undergone a rhinoplasty to help slenderize her previously wide nose and help it better fit with the rest of her face. Now that she’s played a Playmate in last year’s The House Bunny, it seems that Anna may have ventured under the knife again, to get some breast implants to help her fill out the role, rather than the water bras her character Shelley is so fond of.

Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “When compared to earlier photos, Anna Faris certainly now appears to have breast implants.  Her breasts are more projecting and have increased upper pole fullness, suggesting the presence of breast implants.”

If Anna did opt for a breast augmentation, the results were very well done. Unlike the usually oversized breast implants preferred by the Playmates she was portraying, Anna opted for small implants, which give her petite frame a couple of well placed curves that fit her to a T.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrrell J. Aston says, “In the photographs I have reviewed of Anna Faris she appears to have petite Breast Implants. I think that they add a sense of balance to her figure and are complimentary. I also think that her surgeon did a good job choosing the appropriate size in proportion to her body type.”

Make Me Heal looks forward to continuing to watch Anna as her popularity continues and applauds her on her judicial use of plastic surgery.

Olivia Munn’s been around showbiz for a while, but until she started using the name Olivia and hosting the popular gamer show Attack of the Show, most people hardly noticed. But with her recent appearance on the cover of Playboy, many more are likely to take notice of the busty brunette and her possible plastic surgery.

27-year old Olivia is a girl next door looking girl, making it hard to believe that she’s been under the knife.

According to Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, Calif., “I doubt if Olivia has had any facial surgeries, she also does not look to have had Botox.”

Olivia is at the center of some controversy about her possible breast augmentation, similar to stars like Hilary Duff, who seem to have a fluctuating bra size. (See Make Me Heal’s story on Hilary Duff’s breast augmentation).

New York plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “Olivia looks natural to me.  If she has had any work, it is very nice.  However, the lack of old pictures makes it difficult to tell for sure.  As with any magazine cover, everything looks airbrushed.”

Olivia’s breasts often appear full and round, which is indicative of breast implants. But they also often appear “normal,” without the round fullness or spilling out of dresses.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrrell J. Aston says, “In my opinion this rising star probably had breast implants to enhance her figure. She has excellent contour and outline of the breast. I do not think she has any other procedures to date.”

As some fans think she has had an excellent breast augmentation, but others clamor for bigger implants, it seems likely that Olivia’s breasts are natural and aided by a push-up or water bra on occasion.

Rather than plastic surgery, Olivia has likely invested in some clever undergarments, ensuring her breasts are always at attention.
