The Spears sisters are famous for their love of weight loss surgery. So it was no surprise when many began wondering if new mom Jamie Lynn had a Mommy Makeover to fit into her bikini just in time for the end of summer.

At 18, Jamie Lynn is young to be a mother and even younger to need a Mommy Makeover, which typically involves a tummy tuck, breast lift and liposuction or some combination thereof. But this is the same girl who is rumored to have gotten liposuction during her pregnancy, so all bets are off. (Read Make Me Heal’s story on Jamie Lynn Spear’s plastic surgery).

Jamie Lynn has kept a fairly low profile since the birth of her baby girl, so she could have had time to recuperate and even time to recover from cosmetic surgery as well. However, new photos of the teenage mother in a teeny bikini don’t reveal obvious signs of recent plastic surgery, like scars.

Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden says, “Of course Jamie Lyn Spears looks great after having a baby, she’s only 18 years old and fit to begin with, so her body naturally rebounded back into shape after a pregnancy! There are no signs of incision sites on her abdomen indicating liposuction or an abdominoplasty.”

Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrell J Aston says, “In my opinion Jamie Lynn Spears looks great, I estimate that she has been exercising regularly and eating a healthy balanced diet. I would not recommend any surgery for her at this time. I strongly doubt that she had any liposuction during her pregnancy, as it would be impossible to find a qualified surgeon who would perform this surgery.”

New York plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “Jamie Lynn Spears does not appear to need any plastic surgery. Her body seems to have recovered well from her pregnancy.”
