Did Pamela Anderson Have More Plastic Surgery?
Recently pictures of former Playmate Pamela Anderson surfaced which revealed the actress looking much more refreshed than she has lately. The new pictures led to a tidal wave of bloggers wondering if the former Baywatch babe had more facial plastic surgery?
The 41-year old mother of two is certainly no stranger to plastic surgery, going under the knife multiple times to have her breasts augmented, reduced and augmented again. (See Make Me Heal’s story on Pamela Anderson’s breast implants).
Although Pamela seems to have finally settled on an implant size (at least for now), it seems as though she is trying to find the perfect size for her lips.
Last year, many began to notice that while Pamela looked older and more haggled, her lips looked larger than life, indicating the use of an injectable filler, like Juvederm, as Dr. Anthony Youn noted on his blog.
Make Me Heal also noticed her lip fluctuations, as did some other plastic surgery experts.
“Pamela Anderson is infamous for her breast augmentation. Not one but a couple– first to augment, then to reduce, and back to increase her bust size. She may also have had Juvederm or another filler to plump her lips,” says plastic surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden.
While Pamela clearly did something to her face, it seems to have settled in and finally begun to look good.
Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “Pamela Anderson is obviously no stranger to plastic surgery. In comparing her most recent photos to those from one year previously she looks much better. Her skin has improved color, she is wearing much less makeup and she appears well-rested. Her lips have calmed down and look much softer. Whatever she did between since last year really made a nice improvement.”
But the new change in her appearance seems to be due to a less harsh make-up application than to any drastic surgeries.
Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, Calif., says, “Pamela doesn’t look like she has had any facial plastic surgery recently, she is just wearing better make-up. She looks good.“
Pamela Anderson looks fantastic for anyone, especially someone her age. Make Me Heal hopes Pamela continues with her new make-up techniques that seem to have such a positive effect on her appearance.
