Real Housewife of Atlanta Kim Zolciak Admits to Real Plastic Surgery
The popular Real Housewives series on Bravo is anything but real, with the cast of housewives on both coasts being fans of plastic surgery. While some housewives are more ready to admit to at least some of their numerous procedures, Kim Zolciak of the Real Housewives of Atlanta admitted to all of hers in a recent InTouch Weekly interview.
Although it’s hard to believe she’s only 30, controversial housewife Kim Zolciak scrubbed off at least some of her make-off and took out some of her hair tracks to pose “au naturel” for InTouch.
While Kim clearly has oversized breast implants, she also revealed plans for future plastic surgery, including a tummy tuck after she finishes having children and a nose job. Although many believe Kim wears a full wig most of the time, she admits only to dying her naturally dark hair blonde and using Botox to cure migraines, not wrinkles.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Ellenbogen says, “Kim Zolciak is a multi-tasker…Botox cures migraines and also smoothes the forehead She is open with everything she does, nice habit of telling the truth. I’m sure if she had anything new done she would be the first to tell us.”
Plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Rivkin, a specialist in injections, non-surgical treatments, lasers, says, “Actually, Botox for migraines is injected in the same areas as Botox for horizontal forehead lines - tension in these muscles is what frequently triggers migraines. So it could be Botox for migraines. The question is - you don’t use Botox around the eyes for migraines, so if she has no lines around her eyes when she smiles, that’s not because of her headaches. Its a bit hard to tell if that is the case from the pictures - they are small.”
Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a rhinoplasty specialist in Beverly Hills, California says, “Besides Botox, I do not see evidence of any other procedures Kim Zolciak had done to her face. She may have had some filler in other areas of the face, but overall her features appear natural.”
Kim reveals, “I have black hair naturally, but my mom’s a hairdresser, so I’ve been blond gradually since 16, 17 and on. I was always a thick build. I had braces.”
As for her plasticized appearance, Kim says, “”I just don’t think there’s anything wrong with it. Some cosmetic enhancement is obvious. A lot of times, the people who aren’t talking about it are the ones who look horrible. I do Botox. I’ve had my boobs done twice. I started getting Botox when I was 25 for migraines. I recommend that to anybody. And VelaShape. I don’t know if it shrinks you, but it keeps you tone and taut.”
And in terms of future procedures, Kim isn’t done, but plans to have more work. She says, “When I’m done having children, I’d be all for a tummy tuck. I would love a nose job, but I’m scared. I would do just about anything to maintain myself.”
Plastic surgery for the housewives stars is anything but new, and breast implants seem to be a favorite procedure with the ladies, as Make Me Heal has reported in the past (See Make Me Heal’s story on The Real Housewives plastic surgery).
The Real Housewives of Atlanta is known for being big on Southern-style drama and Kim and her plastic surgery often bear the brunt of it.

Nice!
This woman is not a narrow-minded jealous snob! She is a fan of plastic surgery and is proud of it.
I’m glad she sets a good example of speaking about operations and injections.
It’s 2009 for G*d’s sake!
