Stephanie Pratt Debuts New Plastic Surgery Face for New Season of The Hills

Posted on October 15th, 2009 in Celebrity Plastic Surgery by Lisa Stanfield

With rare exception, the stars of The Hills seem to have all been under the knife. But it seems that Stephanie Pratt, sister of controversy stirring up Spencer Pratt and sister-in-law of open plastic surgery fan Heidi Montag has had enough plastic surgery recently for the entire cast and crew combined.

Stephanie Pratt, Plastic Surgery

In the past, Make Me Heal has reported on 23-year old Stephanie’s plastic surgery, including a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty (See Make Me Heal’s story on Stephanie Pratt’s plastic surgery). The procedures were well done and left Stephanie looking like a prettier, more enhanced version of herself. Now it seems that Stephanie has gone back to the plastic surgeon to have more work, including a possible second nose job and chin implant as well as a poorly done lip augmentation and may also have had facial fillers, which are likely unnecessary at such a young age.

Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a rhinoplasty specialist in Beverly Hills, California says, “Stephanie Pratt is still very young, but it is apparent she has had a bit of work. Her lips are the most apparent, as they appear plumper than they once were. Her nose it a bit narrower and more perky as well. With someone as young as Stephanie, it is true that less can be more and the work she has done may not have been of benefit to her look.”

Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr Jennifer Walden says, “Stephanie Pratt showed up to the recent MTV Video Music Awards looking like a completely different person. The young reality star is no stranger to plastic surgery with rumors of undergoing breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, and liposuction since joining the cast of MTV’s popular show The Hills. It now appears the star has had lip augmentation (looks a little asymmetric in the upper lip, probably the result of soft tissue fillers), as well as a possible chin implant. She also looks as if she has had Botox applied to her forehead and glabella giving her a stiff appearance. Ms. Pratt is a very attractive young lady and at this point in her life may just give youth its chance and give a “less is more” approach to injectibles in the future.”

Stephanie’s overly plastic look leads Make Me Heal to suspect that she may have been influenced by her sister-in-law, Heidi Montag, a big fan of plastic surgery (See Make Me Heal’s story on Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery), who recently revealed more plans for plastic surgery in the future.

New York plastic surgeon Dr David Shafer says, “Stephanie Pratt should hold off on the lip fillers. For her sake, I hope she was not injected with a permanent filler such as silicone. If so, we are going to be seeing those lips for a very long time.”

Make Me Heal sympathizes with Stephanie’s body image issues, as Stephanie is a recovering buleumic, but going overboard with plastic surgery is not the solution to fitting in with the pretty girls of The Hills (Read Make Me Heal’s story on The Hills Girls’ plastic surgery).

There are many ones who like to go for plastic surgery.I don’t know why there is need of such surgeries, why they are not satisfied with nature’s gift to them.
